Teve um caso que presenciei que foi uma avaliação para uma vaga de supervisor onde um dos requisitos era ter carro, mas infelizmente quem ficou foi a colaboradora que não tinha o que era requisito e na hora da redação ela fez copiando pelo telefone o tema. Deve ser assim a avaliação. Não sei como e feito mais aí da vale apena.
