Haviam 2 pessoas trabalhando na loja no final do domingo (06/02/22). Um rapaz que me parecia ser o responsável do local ficou o TEMPO TODO SEM MÁSCARA abastecendo a prateleira de potes e andando pela loja, e uma mocinha bem mal educada que fez uma cara feia quando nos atendeu, parece que não gostou que chegamos aquele horário (por volta de 18:00 hrs, porém a loja estava aberta ainda para quem quisesse entrar). Ela também ficava com a máscara no queixo andando pelo local, e o pior de tudo foi a falta de respeito dela. Disse que poderíamos pagar antes de ir embora e anotou os valores de cada porção em um papel que ficou no caixa. Quando eu cheguei para pagar vi que ela anotou os valores de cada pessoa escrevendo alguma característica pessoal, ao invés de perguntar nosso nome (por exemplo "moço de boné", etc),e ao anotar o preço que minha mãe iria pagar ela simplesmente escreveu "VÉIA". Que falta de respeito e educação com o cliente, ainda mais se tratando de uma idosa. Acho que a língua da mocinha iria cair se ela perguntasse o nosso nome. Só não discuti na hora pois estávamos com crianças e não queria causar constrangimento para minha filha que é pequena. Com certeza não recomendo este local para ninguém e nunca mais volto para comprar nada. Atendimento e respeito são péssimos naquele lugar.
Terrible! Bad education and not following hygiene protocols.
There were 2 people working in the store at the end of Sunday (06/02/22). A guy who seemed to be in charge of the place spent the WHOLE TIME WITHOUT A MASK filling the shelf of jars and walking around the store, and a very rude young lady who made an ugly face when she answered us, it seems she didn't like that we arrived at that time ( around 18:00 hrs, but the store was still open for anyone who wanted to enter). She also had the mask on her chin walking around the place, and worst of all was her lack of respect. He said we could pay before he left and wrote down the amounts for each portion on a piece of paper that was left at the cashier. When I arrived to pay I saw that she wrote down the values of each person writing some personal characteristic, instead of asking our name (for example "boy in a cap", etc), and when writing down the price my mother would pay she simply wrote "VEIN". What a lack of respect and education with the client, even more when dealing with an elderly woman. I think the young lady's tongue would fall out if she asked our name. I just didn't argue at the time because we were with children and I didn't want to cause embarrassment for my daughter, who is small. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back to buy anything. Service and respect are terrible there.
