Pedimos dois bolos em um intervalo de 10 dias e os dois vieram com problemas.
O último (09/06/2021) pedido e pago em meu nome, veio sem características de extrema importância que DESCREVI E EXIGI EXPRESSAMENTE e que CONFIRMARAM que poderiam fazer, como:
NOME DA ANIVERSARIANTE;
MENSAGEM ESCRITA NO BOLO;
BONEQUINHA NO FORMATO DE UMA MÉDICA (com jaleco e estetoscópio no corpo), sem contar que paguei a mais por isso.
Não bastasse os erros acima citados, mandaram uma boneca que não representa nada, com uma roupa branca sem qualquer detalhe.
Até o local onde pedi que ela fosse colocada veio errado.
O pior é que mandei foto de tudo que estava pedindo e antes de fechar confirmei a possibilidade de fazerem.
Pedir o bolo de vocês frustrou completamente a mim e a aniversariante!
No momento da retirada manifestei a minha insatisfação e a funcionária apenas informou que nada poderia fazer pois os confeiteiros já tinham ido embora.
No final me deram um desconto de R$ 20,00 por todos esses erros em um bolo que custou R$ 200,00.
NÃO RECOMENDO !!!!!!!

We ordered two cakes within 10 days and both came with problems.
The last (06/09/2021) ordered and paid in my name, came without extremely important characteristics that I EXPRESSLY DESCRIBED AND DEMANDED and that CONFIRMED that they could do, such as:
BIRTHDAY PARTY'S NAME;
MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE CAKE;
LITTLE DOCTOR FORM (with lab coat and stethoscope on the body), not to mention that I paid extra for it.
As if the errors mentioned above were not enough, they sent a doll that doesn't represent anything, with a white outfit without any details.
Even the place where I asked it to be placed came wrong.
The worst thing is that I sent a photo of everything I was asking for and before closing I confirmed the possibility of doing it.
Ordering your cake completely frustrated me and the birthday girl!
At the time of the withdrawal I expressed my dissatisfaction and the employee only informed that I could do nothing because the bakers had already left.
In the end I was given a R$20 discount for all these mistakes on a cake that cost R$200.00.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!
