Fiz um U.S obstetríco no dia 13/10 na unidade contorno com as Dra Claudia e Cristiane e amei ...lugar lindo e atendimento impecável..Hoje fiz na Antônio Balena com a Dra Thais e saí encantada..médica simples,educada,simpática e excelente profissional. Continuarei fazendo os próximos lá com certeza.
 Excellent service in both units.. I did an obstetrical US on 10/13 at the Contour unit with Dr Claudia and Cristiane and I loved it ...beautiful place and impeccable service. Today I did it at Antônio Balena with Dr Thais and I left delighted. .simple doctor, polite, friendly and excellent professional. I will continue doing the next ones there for sure.

Que moça atenciosa à comunicação, ao cuidado com o paciente. Muito atenta a pequenos detalhes, como a perguntar se estava confortável.
Wonderful service from all the professionals. I would especially like to commend the employee Maria Clara. She is the one who prepares the room for the ultrasound. What a girl attentive to communication, to patient care. Very attentive to small details, like asking if you were comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei a esperar bem mais de uma hora para ser atendida na unidade Gonçalves Dias. Sala 1 com defeito na impressão de exames . Áudio de gravação também com defeito e isso já tem tempo...mas a equipe e os profissionais são bons.
I even waited well over an hour to be seen at the Gonçalves Dias unit. Room 1 defective in printing exams. Recording audio is also faulty and this has been going on for some time...but the team and professionals are good.

Primeiro porque atrasaram quase 30min para me atender e segundo que sou mãe de primeira viagem e não entendo muito bem sobre determinados exames.
A médica pediu pra agendar uma ultrassom transvaginal (o que realmente foi feito), porém na guia estava escrito ultrassom obstétrica. Como não sabia da diferença, não fui informada na recepção do erro da guia e acabei gastando R$ 100,00 atoa, pois a ultrassom não identificou nada que a médica pedia, fui reclamar na recepção e disseram que seguem o pedido médico. Entendo o posicionamento da empresa, mas se a recepção tivesse informado que estavam divergente as informações da guia e do agendamento, eu não teria feito o exame ou pediria pra trocarem a guia. Só me informaram do erro da guia quando eu já estava dentro do consultorio com o médico, literalmente perdi R$ 100,00 atoa e agora vou ter que pagar novamente o exame por algo que na hora do atendimento poderiam solucionar.
Yesterday I was at the Gonçalves Dias unit and I was upset with what happened.
First, because they were almost 30 minutes late to see me and second because I'm a first-time mother and I don't understand very well about certain exams.
The doctor asked to schedule a transvaginal ultrasound (which was actually done), but the guide said obstetric ultrasound. As I didn't know the difference, I was not informed at reception of the guide's error and I ended up spending R$ 100.00 for nothing, as the ultrasound did not identify anything the doctor asked for, I complained at the reception and they said that they follow the medical request. I understand the company's position, but if the reception had informed that the information on the guide and the schedule was different, I would not have taken the exam or would have asked to change the guide. They only informed me of the guide's error when I was already inside the office with the doctor, I literally lost R$ 100.00 for nothing and now I will have to pay for the exam again for something that they could solve at the time of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente é uma das únicas clínicas confiáveis de BH para diagnóstico de endometriose por ultrassom transvaginal. Se você não é de BH como eu, precisará ficar num hotel pra conseguir fazer o preparo, que envolve tomar laxante no dia anterior e fazer uma lavagem intestinal uma hora antes do exame. Tive o grande azar de ter o meu exame cancelado depois de já estar no hotel no qual paguei R$200 (o preço da região) e já ter tomado o laxante na noite anterior. Sei que isso acontece, mas se você é do interior você se ferra mais. Como é uma das únicas clínicas que faz esse exame (apenas no particular por R$500) reagendei e dessa vez não tenho nem condições financeiras de pagar hotel de novo. Daí vem o segundo desafio: como fazer a lavagem antes do exame? Eles dão uma opção pra quem é do interior: fazer uma hora e meia antes do exame. Mas eles pedem pra chegar 15min antes do exame e se eu atrasar 10min corro risco de remarcaram (você precisa assinar um termo de consentimento com essa informação). Se você mora na região metropolitana já é difícil chegar num lugar da Savassi em 1h, imagina se você mora no interior. A conta não fecha! Vou ter que contar com a boa vontade de amigos pra me receberem em casa e fazer a lavagem intestinal lá. Nem todo mundo do interior tem sorte de ter amigo que mora em BH e que te recebe pra esse tipo de procedimento. Mas infelizmente parece ser assim que funciona o sistema de saúde mesmo, se você quer ser atendido pelo melhor médico você paga mais caro e fica sujeito a esse tipo de constrangimento. Sei que não tem muito o que fazer, mas no meu caso uma mensagem de whatsapp avisando sobre a consulta que teria que ser remarcada já teria impedido que eu tomasse laxante no dia anterior. Mas mandaram um e-mail (que eu demorei pra ver, mas não mais que 24h) pedindo pra que eu ligasse e, quando eu ligo, outro desafio: ser atendida. Te colocam numa linha de espera, demoram pra entender e quando atendem a ligação está sempre ruim, e não tem a menor paciência pra tentar esperar melhorar. Ficamos nas mãos desse tipo de serviço, mas espero que após a consulta eu mude minha opinião e retire minha avaliação com nota tão baixa.
Apparently it is one of the only reliable BH clinics for diagnosing endometriosis by transvaginal ultrasound. If you're not from BH like me, you'll need to stay at a hotel to get the preparation done, which involves taking a laxative the day before and having a bowel wash an hour before the exam. I had the great misfortune of having my exam canceled after already being at the hotel where I paid R$200 (the price in the region) and having already taken the laxative the night before. I know this happens, but if you're from the countryside, you're more screwed. As it is one of the only clinics that does this exam (only in private for R$500) I rescheduled and this time I don't even have the financial conditions to pay for the hotel again. Then comes the second challenge: how to wash before the exam? They give an option to those who are from the countryside: do an hour and a half before the exam. But they ask to arrive 15min before the exam and if I'm 10min late I run the risk of rescheduling (you need to sign a consent form with this information). If you live in the metropolitan area, it's hard enough to get to a place in Savassi in 1h, imagine if you live in the countryside. The account does not close! I'm going to have to rely on the goodwill of friends to welcome me at home and wash my bowels there. Not everyone from the countryside is lucky to have a friend who lives in BH and who welcomes you for this type of procedure. But unfortunately this seems to be how the health system works, if you want to be attended by the best doctor you pay more and are subject to this type of embarrassment. I know there's not much to do, but in my case, a whatsapp message advising me about the appointment that would have to be rescheduled would have prevented me from taking laxatives the day before. But they sent an email (which it took me a while to see, but no more than 24 hours) asking me to call and, when I do, another challenge: to be answered. They put you on a waiting line, they take a long time to understand and when they answer the call it's always bad, and they don't have the slightest patience to try to wait for it to get better. We are left in the hands of this type of service, but I hope that after the consultation I will change my opinion and withdraw my evaluation with such a low grade.
