Fui trtada com carinho e eficiência por todos. Ainda ontem estive em consulta com o Dr Paulo ortopedista de muita eficiência. Estamos iniciando um tratamento que tenho certeza é acertivo pq já hoje me sinto melhor.
Vcs meninas da recepção ou atendimento remoto meus parabéns. Só ganhamos ao tratar bem os outros e vcs entenderam bem isso.. Obrigada.
 I want to congratulate the entire team from the cleaning specialist to the doctors.
I was treated with care and efficiency by everyone. Just yesterday I was in consultation with a very efficient orthopedist Dr Paulo. We are starting a treatment that I am sure is correct because I already feel better today.
You guys from the reception or remote service, congratulations. We only gain by treating others well and you understood that well... Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito agradável, limpo e bonito! Não tive nenhum problema nos atendimentos. Da recepção ao atendimento médico, tudo é bem organizado e simples, sem burocracias.
Fui extremamente bem atendida pela recepcionista Leide, que desde o início se mostrou solícita e prestativa, tirando todas as minhas dúvidas e me ajudando ao máximo com todos os exames que eu tinha que fazer.
Parabéns à clínica pela estrutura e pelos funcionários competentes!
Very nice environment, clean and beautiful! I didn't have any problems with the appointments. From reception to medical care, everything is well organized and simple, without bureaucracy.
I was extremely well assisted by the receptionist Leide, who from the beginning was helpful and helpful, clearing all my doubts and helping me as much as possible with all the exams I had to take.

Passei em várias especialidades!
A gente consegue expor as queixas e examinam principalmente, já que vamos pra isso e não pro médico simplesmente fazer uma receita sem ao menos examinar e ouvir o que o paciente sente!

We are able to expose the complaints and examine them mainly, since we go for this and not for the doctor to simply make a prescription without at least examining and listening to what the patient feels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguém muito inteligente certa vez disse que, a coisa mais valiosa que uma empresa possui são seus funcionários. E essa clínica vem para provar que isso é verdade. Eles tratam do assunto saúde com uma gentileza que eu ainda não havia visto em outro lugar. Do momento em que você entra em contato com eles, seja por telefone ou pessoalmente, você já inicia sendo muitíssimo bem tratado, e o restante do atendimento vem como a cereja desse bolo. Os médicos são excelentes,enfermeiros e ajudantes são todos extremamente gentis, educados e solícitos. Quero agradecer imensamente ao seguintes profissionais que me atenderam: Dra Daniela Pace,Dra Renata Pouza, Patrícia da coleta de sangue, Ricardo Yonesake que fez minha ultrassonografia ( na hora do exame havia uma auxiliar junto que era encantadoramente gentil e educada, perdão não saber seu nome). Obrigada a todas as pessoas que me atenderam na recepção e por fim e não menos importante, as profissionais da limpeza e do café, pois a clínica é impecável de limpa e o café uma delícia. MUITO OBRIGADA POR NOS TRATAREM COMO GENTE DE VERDADE!
Someone very smart once said that the most valuable thing a company has is its employees. And this clinic comes to prove that this is true. They approach the subject of health with a kindness I haven't seen anywhere else. From the moment you get in touch with them, either by phone or in person, you start being treated very well, and the rest of the service comes as the icing on that cake. Doctors are excellent, nurses and helpers are all extremely kind, polite and helpful. I want to thank the following professionals who attended me immensely: Dr Daniela Pace, Dr Renata Pouza, Patrícia from the blood collection, Ricardo Yonesake who did my ultrasound (at the time of the exam there was an assistant who was charmingly kind and polite, sorry for not knowing her Name). Thank you to all the people who attended to me at the reception and last but not least, the cleaning and coffee professionals, as the clinic is impeccably clean and the coffee is delicious. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TREAT US LIKE REAL PEOPLE!
