★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma camiseta polo, a moça me mostrou a camiseta polo da cor que eu queria, porém quando eu peguei para ver a camiseta, estava manchada, ora porque não me avisou da mancha. Quer dizer se eu não olhasse na hora, iria comprar e só iria saber em casa, onde iria ter transtorno de voltar a loja para trocar. E a outra vendedora ainda disse, é só lavar com sabão que sai. Brincadeira né? Gostava muito da Dorinhos, mas depois de hoje, não gastarei mais o meu dinheiro nessa loja. Isso foi na loja da Dorinhos Shopping Aricanduva.

I mean, if I didn't look at the time, I would buy it and I would only know at home, where I would have trouble going back to the store to exchange it. And the other saleswoman even said, just wash it with soap and it comes out. You're kidding, right? I liked Dorinhos a lot, but after today, I won't spend my money in that store anymore. This was at the Dorinhos Shopping Aricanduva store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido sempre comprou na Dorinho"s, peças impecáveis, porém resolvemos ir na unidade do Aricanduva, fomos a loja sábado a noite dia 05/03/22 , (mas foi uma decepção em relação ao atendimento das funcionárias), chegando lá começou o passa passa, a atendente na porta chamou uma vendedora para atender, está por sua vez chamou outra.. enfim quase no meio da loja conseguimos atendimento. Enquanto ele escolhia as peças, *todas as atendentes* estavam no balcão do fundo comprando cosméticos de uma senhora (sim, uma venda dentro da loja) estavam preocupadas com isso, pagar a senhora, anotar valores, provar os perfumes (cheiros) uma verdadeira feira. Enfim ele realizou uma compra de quase 700$ para um atendimento ruim, e conturbado. E o ar condicionado desligado o tempo todo. Não recomendo essa unidade na zona leste de São Paulo.
My husband always bought at Dorinho's, impeccable pieces, but we decided to go to the Aricanduva unit, we went to the store on Saturday night on 03/05/22 , (but it was a disappointment in relation to the service of the employees), when we got there, the passes passes, the attendant at the door called a saleswoman to answer, she in turn called another.. finally almost in the middle of the store we got service. While he was choosing the pieces, *all the attendants* were at the back counter buying cosmetics from one lady (yes, a sale inside the store) were worried about that, paying the lady, writing down values, tasting the perfumes (smells) a real fair. Finally he made a purchase of almost 700$ for a bad and troubled service. the air conditioning off all the time. I do not recommend this unit in the east side of São Paulo.
