★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até essa loja hoje e a experiência não foi boa. Primeiro que tive que procurar um vendedor pra me atender, ainda tive o desprazer de ser atendida por uma mulher muito mal educada, parecia que a criatura estava me fazendo algum favor. Chegando no caixa também me irritei, pois a mulher que estava no caixa não parava de conversar com outra funcionária de lá. Minha irmã comprou 3 caixas de piso e fomos informadas por essa mulher o caixa que iria demorar para recebermos o piso. Perguntei quanto tempo iria demorar mas as duas me responderam, pois estavam ocupadissimas conversando. Por fim chegou um rapaz e perguntou se estávamos aguardando pisos, entregamos a nota a ele e os pisos já estavam do lado de fora da loja. Um absurdo! Funcionários mal educados. Não recomendo essa loja! Agora entendo as reclamações que li antes.
 I went to that store today and the experience was not good. First I had to look for a salesman to serve me, I still had the displeasure of being served by a very rude woman, it seemed that the creature was doing me a favor. Arriving at the register, I also got irritated, because the woman who was at the register kept talking to another employee there. My sister bought 3 boxes of floor and we were told by this woman the box that it would take to receive the floor. I asked how long it would take but the two answered me, as they were busy talking. Finally a boy came and asked if we were waiting for floors, we handed him the bill and the floors were already outside the store. Absurd! Rude staff. I don't recommend this store! Now I understand the complaints I read before.

A good and beautiful store, but the service leaves a little to be desired as they should provide better training for employees who do not know the products they sell well.

O atendimento não é dia melhores, essa semana, pra ser mais preciso na segunda feira fui com minha esposa pra escolher um piso para nossa cozinha que está em reforma.
Falamos com o e nos interessamos por um dos produtos expostos cujo o valor era de R$ 49,90, perguntamos aí vendedor de havia estoque disponível o mesmo disse que sim, então acordamos de voltarmos na quinta para efetuarmos a compra, e para nossa surpresa o mesmo piso estava custando R$ 63,90... De segunda pra quinta feira.
Estamos falando de piso com valor de porcelanato, no mínimo um absurdo. Procuramos outra loja para fazermos as nossas compras, simples assim.

The service is no better day, this week, to be more precise on Monday, I went with my wife to choose a floor for our kitchen that is under renovation.
We spoke with and we were interested in one of the products on display whose value was R $ 49.90, we asked the seller if there was stock available, he said yes, so we agreed to go back on Thursday to make the purchase, and to our surprise the the same floor was costing R $ 63.90 ... From Monday to Thursday.
We are talking about floors with porcelain tiles, at least absurd. We looked for another store to do our shopping, simple as that.

.so nao dou 1 estrela por conta dos trabalhadores de la que nao merecem .mas a empresa em si com a demora na entrega merecia..estrela alguma por essa demora exorbitante na entrega
It takes a lot of time to deliver the materials and look, I've been there several times to buy it and every time... there were 1 hour delays just to deliver...
.I just don't give 1 star because of the workers there who don't deserve it .but the company itself with the delay in delivery deserved no star for this exorbitant delay in delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom. porém os pisos o qual eu comprei veio com alguns pisos quebrados, já liguei varias vezes para fins de troca e até agora não atendem o telefone. Espero que não tenha nenhum problema com a troca se não tenho que procurar o PROCON. Fora isso gostei.
The service was good. however the floors which i bought came with some broken floors, i have called several times for exchange purposes and so far they do not answer the phone. I hope you don't have any problem with the exchange if I don't have to look for PROCON. Other than that I liked it.
