 Terrible attendance. Both in person and online, it took me 1 hour to be attended in person and the contacts they provide, in addition to not responding to messages, disconnect the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei uma beca sem reservar data . Já que não tivemos formatura marcada . Uma vez que a beça não foi reservada ,lavada ou perderam venda por está presa por data ,não houve consumo do produto . O proprietário se negou preso em contrato a devolver o dinheiro 50.00
Cobrei não pelo valor mas por não ter ocupado o produto já que não tínhamos data p formatura .
Mostro aqui minha indignação por perder 50.00 sem ter dado prejuízo para o mesmo ( Doublê aluguel de trajes )
Pós fui claro que estava pagando sem marcar data do evento .
E o proprietário informou que meu contrato foi cancelado pq passou muito tempo . Mas a roupa não ficou esperando ,já que não marquei de ir buscar a mesma .
Pós devolvendo a quantia iria ganhar a confiança de um cliente e supostamente ser indicado por boa compreensão com seus clientes .
I paid for a gown without booking a date. Since we had no graduation scheduled. Since the bottle was not reserved, washed or lost sale because it is stuck by date, there was no consumption of the product. The owner refused to be held in contract to return the money 50.00
I charged not for the price but for not having occupied the product since we had no graduation date.
I show here my indignation at losing 50.00 without having made a loss for it (Doublé costume rental)
After I was clear I was paying without scheduling the event.
And the owner informed me that my contract was canceled because it passed a long time. But the outfit was not waiting, since I didn’t schedule to get it.
Powders returning the amount would gain a customer's trust and supposedly be indicated by good understanding with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, um senhor aparentemente dono da loja é um completo mal educado, solicitei um terno para provar e o senhor informou que só pegaria no deposito se eu fosse alugar o terno, como alguém vai pagar um aluguel de 250 sem mesmo experimentar a roupa?
Bad service, a gentleman apparently owner of the store is a complete rude, I requested a suit to prove and the gentleman informed that he would only take the deposit if I were to rent the suit, how is someone going to pay a rent of 250 without even trying on the clothes?

Depois de falar que poderia não gostar da roupa ele disse era pra ir novamente com outra pessoa, e mandou eu ir embora sem ao menos dizer tchau. Um tremendo mal educado!
Worst service I've ever seen. The guy would only let me try on the clothes if I made the payment, how am I going to pay for an outfit I don't even know if I'm going to like it? After saying that he might not like the clothes he said he should go again with someone else, and told me to leave without even saying goodbye. A tremendously rude!

Não consegui alugar a blusa social, qualidade e caimento horrível. Preferi comprar.Funcionária Daine muito educada, diferente do dono.
Horrible service and disrespect from the owner, a rude and rude, doesn't know how to treat the customer. Unfortunately the only store I found tuxedos for my 7 year old son. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um smoking completo para formatura no local ainda antes da pandemia (03/2020) mediante o depósito de 100 reais previamente ao resgate do traje. Ocorre que com a suspensão dos eventos, informei à loja que gostaria de permanecer com o sinal depositado para reserva e que retornaria quando o evento ocorresse. Ocorrido o evento em 03/2022, o dono da loja estipulou um preço abusivo (350 reais) sobre o smoking de modo a compensar o valor anteriormente dado (100 reais), condições que aceitei diante da iminência do evento.
Fiquei sabendo por terceiros e pela própria loja que o valor do aluguel do smoking é 250 reais, sendo assim, a loja estipulou preço abusivo e, ainda, incorreu em apropriação indevida da quantia anteriormente paga por mim. Irei tomar as medidas cabíveis junto ao procon e outras autoridades competentes a fim de que tal prática não mais aconteça em casos similares. Fica o alerta aos consumidores.
I rented a complete tuxedo for graduation on site even before the pandemic (03/2020) by depositing 100 reais prior to redeeming the costume.
