Fui super bem atendendo desde o primeiro momento que coloquei o pé na loja , desde o momento que eu fui embora . Isaías e todos da equipe super profissionais. Local com um clima super agradável , espaço para esperar o serviço ser realizado, se sente como se tivesse em casa . Acompanhei o passo a passo do resultado de tudo que estava sendo realizado no meu carro . Só dei 5 estrelas porque aqui é o limite…. Porém nota 10 para todos da equipe . Já virei cliente e confio de olhos fechados. Obrigado pelo ótimo atendimento e o profissionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu busquei no Google e cheguei ao local e fui muito bem recebido pelo Isaías e com uma noção e esclarecimentos de tudo que eu precisava fazer no carro modelo Tiguan e vi uma série de carros, inclusive uma BMW azul linda e com um brilhante e um Sandero prata um brilhante lindo impecável.
Os funcionários também uniformes impecável e aquela alegria que me passou logo uma coisa que poucos lugares que vou.
E sim foi logo no primeiro encontro a confiança de um trabalho total de qualidade e satisfação de atendimento para combinarmos o serviço a ser feito.
E o interessante foi o valor e total confiança do que foi combinado e assim foi.
O carro ficou lindo e logo passei o contato do para meu cunhado fez o serviço de limpeza geral e proteção dos vidros que é muito bom para andar na chuva que faz muito a diferença.
Obrigado amigo Isaías e toda sua equipe pelo serviço de execução total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um “lava jato” melhor na minha vida, por isso coloquei a palavra lava jato entre aspas aí em cima, não sei se posso chamar a Double Box de lava jato, atendimento é surreal, assim, fazendo uma analogia, posso comparar o atendimento que tive na Double Box, com o atendimento que recebo no Outback, os caras estão completamente empenhados a encantar o cliente, e toda vez que volto na Double Box, me surpreendo de forma positiva. Sobre a estrutura, o ambiente é limpo, confortável e agradável, tem cafezinho e água gelada como cortesia, a cerveja, refrigerante e energético, ficam por conta do cliente, porém, o preço é justo e a bebida é gelada ! Som ambiente e uma vibe super positiva, levar o carro para lavar nunca foi tão legal, fico lá por uma, duas horas, sem perceber a hora passando !
Agradeço a todos os profissionais da Double Box por todo cuidado com o meu carrinho, cuidam como se fosse deles, galera detalhista, caprichosa e divertida !!!

I've never seen a better “jet wash” in my life, that's why I put the word jet wash in quotes up there, I don't know if I can call the Double Box jet wash, service is surreal, so, making an analogy, I can compare the service I had at Double Box, with the service I receive at Outback, the guys are completely committed to delighting the customer, and every time I go back to Double Box, I am positively surprised. Regarding the structure, the environment is clean, comfortable and pleasant, there is complimentary coffee and cold water, beer, soft drinks and energy drinks are up to the client, however, the price is fair and the drink is cold! Ambient sound and a super positive vibe, taking the car to wash has never been so cool, I stay there for one, two hours, not noticing the time passing!
I thank all Double Box professionals for taking care of my cart, they take care of it as if it were theirs, detail-oriented, capricious and fun guys !!!

Foi passado para mim uma transparência muito grande e não pensei duas vezes em levar o meu veículo até eles. Chegando lá, a recepção também foi super bacana. Deixei a minha moto para fazer um polimento no tanque, uma revitalização nos plásticos e uma lavagem completa. Os caras simplesmente deixaram a minha moto em estado de 0km e ainda fizeram serviços q nem estavam no orçamento. Fiquei super satisfeito com o resultado e acabei levando o carro para lavar os bancos também. E ficou tooooop demais também. Galera, podem ir sem medo de ser feliz. Os caras são feras demais!

Pesquisei alguns lugares que fizessem higienização interna dos carpetes e troca dos feltros. Pesquisando no google encontrei a DoubleBox . Rapazes nota 1000. Pricipalmente o Isaías, rapaz super atencioso e muito gente fina. Preço do serviço Justo, rápido e um proficionalismo tremendo. Recomendo a todos. My car on the last day 02/06/2022 was parked on a street in the North Zone and there was a summer rain and unfortunately water got into my car. I researched some places that did internal cleaning of the carpets and exchange of felts. Searching on google I found the DoubleBox. Boys score 1000. Mainly Isaías, a super attentive guy and very nice people. Fair price, fast service and tremendous professionalism. I recommend it to everyone. Chegando lá, a recepção foi de excelência, Deixei a meu carro para fazer um polimento, remoção danos dos plásticos e vidros, pois a pintura do meu carro foi danificada em um grande shopping do Rj, Os caras simplesmente deixaram a meu carro em estado de 0km e ainda fizeram serviços que nem estavam no orçamento. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado, nota 1000% .
Pessoal podem ir sem medo de ser feliz. Os caras são brabo demais, sem sombra de dúvidas, eles só não ganharam um cliente, ganharam um amigo.
