A CAIXA E SOMENTE CAixa Não atende ninguém mesmo que tenha 20 pessoas esperando. Fica a dica a nota pode ser alterada compro sempre será que conseguem melhorar esse atendimento aí merecem nota Max 5 estrelas
All their products are excellent I will never stop buying them, but the service is terrible, two that leave you standing for several minutes talking and not worrying about who wants something.quick and practical. THE CAIXA AND ONLY CAixa It does not answer anyone even if there are 20 people waiting. Here's a tip, the rating can be changed, I'll always buy it, can they improve this service, then they deserve a Max 5 star rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fiz uma encomenda na sexta por telefone antes do feriado de carnaval para retirada na quarta,chego lá e cadê meu bolo ? Simplesmente não fizeram,e ainda inventaram desculpas dizendo que não foi feita pelo sistema novo,sendo que a moça que me atendeu pediu até paciência pq ela ia me cadastrar no sistema pra que nas próximas o atendimento fosse mais rápido. O compromisso com o cliente é 0.
Fora a desorganizacao no atendimento, a demora as atendentes super atrapalhadas.
Terrible, I placed an order on Friday by phone before the carnival holiday for pick up on Wednesday, I get there and where is my cake? They just didn't, and they even made excuses saying that it wasn't done by the new system, and the girl who answered me even asked for patience because she was going to register me in the system so that the service would be faster in the next ones. Customer commitment is 0.
Apart from the disorganization in the service, the delay the attendants were super clumsy.

Eles não tem apenas doces, mas salgados também, a baguete de calabresa é mais do que um almoço.
As atendentes são super simpáticas e atenciosas, e até te dão sugestões do que escolher se você estiver em dúvida, afinal tem muita coisa pra escolher.
E além de tudo também tem delivery.
The sweets there are delicious, made without misery, and at a very good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa variedade de sabores de Carolina, tudo fresquinho , atendimento excelente. As foccacias também são maravilhosas e estavam quentinhas( experimentei as de frango e de lombo). Bastante lugar para estacionar em frente e informaram que agora terão delivery. Não conheci ainda mas ao lado abriram a cafeteira e atendem a partir das 7h. Pretendo em breve conhecer. Muito bom tê-los aqui no Parque das Nações.
Good variety of Carolina flavors, all fresh, excellent service. The foccacias are also wonderful and were hot (I tried the chicken and sirloin ones). Plenty of space to park in front and they said they will now have takeaways. I haven't met them yet, but the coffee maker was opened next door and they are open from 7am. I intend to know soon. It's great to have them here at Parque das Nações.
