Local sem NENHUM PROCESSO, que o capacite a ser chamado de empresa. Meu marido e eu, deixamos uma moto para revisão. Simplesmente por precaução pra uma viagem. Moto sem nenhuma queixa. Deixamos na segunda 14/04/22. A previsão era de ser entregue no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, não tivemos nenhum retorno, meu marido teve que cobrar o tempo, por fim nem no feriado do dia 15, ele entregou a moto, não ligou em momento algum pra reportar ao cliente que passaríamos o feriado sem moto. Foi grosseiro no telefone ao ser cobrado. E nem após ser cobrado pela ausência de satisfação, nem assim ele se atentou, ontem meu marido esteja na loja as 15:30 havia dezenas de moto no local, outros clientes cobrando e a impressão que deu e que fazem aquilo que surge na hora, não cumprem o que promete e não tem não de obra o suficiente nem acompanhamento. Por fim só pegamos a moto hoje 9 dias depois, após muita insistência. Não foi feito nenhuma consulta pra aprovação de orçamento do serviço q seria feito. No fim além da espera recebemos uma fatura quase 100% acima do havia sido dado como previsão. E nem.msm um pedido de desculpa pela ausência de satisfação
Bad experience! Bad service from reception on the phone to delivery. Lack of professionalism, disregard for the customer. A place without ANY PROCESS, which enables it to be called a company. My husband and I, we left a motorcycle for review. Just in case for a trip. Bike without any complaints. We leave on Monday 14/04/22. It was expected to be delivered the next day. The next day, we had no return, my husband had to charge the time, finally not even on the 15th holiday, he delivered the bike, he never called to report to the customer that we would spend the holiday without a bike. Was rude on the phone when being billed. And not even after being charged for the lack of satisfaction, he didn't even pay attention, yesterday my husband was in the store at 15:30 there were dozens of motorcycles in the place, other customers charging and the impression he gave and that they do what comes on time, they don't deliver what they promise and don't have enough work or follow-up. Finally, we only took the bike today 9 days later, after much insistence. No consultation was made to approve the budget of the service that would be done. In the end, beyond the wait, we received an invoice almost 100% above what had been given as a forecast. And not even an apology for the lack of satisfaction
