Bad service, half-assed service. I requested a spare key for my car and left without any, had to call a Keychain from the neighboring city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após minha chave molhar no mar, ficou dando pane e não abriu o carro. Quando o profissional chegou o atendimento foi muito ruim, grosseiro e pouco comunicativo. Pedi para testar a chave antes, não respondeu, insistir em perguntar ele alegou que precisava desarmar o alarme primeiro e tal me deixando com uma sensação de desconfiança. Após o serviço ficou com minha chave (canivete e lâmina) antiga, e a nova e "original" soltou o símbolo da marca no outro dia. Não recomendo.
After my key got wet in the sea, it broke down and he didn't open the car. When the professional arrived, the service was very bad, rude and not very communicative. I asked to test the key before, did not answer, insist on asking he claimed he needed to disarm the alarm first and this left me with a feeling of distrust. After the service, I kept my old key (pocket knife and blade), and the new and "original" key released the brand symbol the other day. I do not recommend.
