★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma atendimento bom até a captação como cliente, após conseguirem alugar minha casa, tudo mudou drasticamente! Não tinha mais retorno da corretora que havia me atendido, não respondia mais às mensagens. A gerente entrou em contato comigo, mas nada mudou! Foi me passado um outro contato, para quando eu tivesse dúvidas me atendesse. Essa pessoa demorou demorou uma hora para me dar o telefone de outra pessoa para entrar em contato e óbvio, também não atendia o telefone. Resumindo, até conseguirem você como cliente, é um tratamento, depois outro completamente diferente. Você fica se humilhando para ter atendimento. Não me sinto nenhum pouco segura, caso precise algo da imobiliária.

This person took an hour to give me someone else's phone number to get in touch and of course, he wouldn't answer the phone either. In short, until they get you as a client, it's a treatment, then a completely different one. You keep humbling yourself to get care. I don't feel at all safe if I need anything from the real estate agency.

Bom, nessa imobiliária a ganância pelo seu dinheiro, impera. A corretora me avisou que o inquilino tinha nome sujo, mas um histórico perfeito de pagamento em outra imobiliária, eu disse que ia pensar e quando fui dar a resposta, o contrato já estava assinado. Depois disso, além do atendimento ficar péssimo, ainda me vem essa descoberta! O inquilino que eles colocaram na minha casa é mau pagador e no SEGUNDO mês não honrou o aluguei! Sabe a resposta da gerente Valéria?? Não vou discutir com vc, aguarde até segunda-feira! E eu fiz um.emprestimo pra pagar o restante das minhas contas, pq ao contrário desse gente que trabalha na DR ADINHO, eu honro minha palavra! Tenho responsabilidade!
