★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, o atendimento é péssimo, sou do Saúde Recife cheguei às 07:00 sai mais 09:00 h, eles dão prioridade a quem é particular e do Saúde Recife vai ficando pra trás. Um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado pra não caírem em golpes dessa clinica eu me consultei com psiquiatra no dia 18 de dezembro com direito a retorno no prazo de 30 dias a recepcionista com má intenção coloco meu retorno para o dia 22 de janeiro ou seja passando do prazo de 30 dias quando eu cheguei lá no dia 22 de janeiro disseram que eu tinha que pagar uma nova consulta porque ja tinha passado o prazo de 30 eu disse pra ele que não estava certo que quem marcou meu retorno pro dia 22 de janeiro foi ela se passou do prazo eu não tinha culpa ninguém me avisou nada ela me falou que quem mandou colocar pro dia 22 foi o psiquiatra André Luiz ou seja foi tudo armado pra tentar arrancar mais dinheiro já estou denunciando no procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é muito boa, porém a médica falta direto já ultrapassou as duas semanas de volta e eu estou a tempos com os exames prontos, se fosse assim eu ia pro SUS não gastava meu dinheiro pra tá esperando 4 semanas pra ser atendida.
The clinic is very good, but the missing doctor has already passed the two weeks back and I am on time with the exams ready, if that were the case I would go to SUS I would not spend my money to wait 4 weeks to be seen.

I recommend this clinic. It has great service and a quiet environment, however the PRICE is not enough for those who cannot afford it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento com o dentista é péssimo, a clínica só informa que não é da responsabilidade deles, que o núcleo de dentista é independente e que eles nao tem nem o número de telefone pra saber se eles vão atender no dia ou não. Eles marcam horário e atrasam pra atender ou pior, nem aparecem e não avisam. Imprevistos podem acontecer, mas entrar em ctt para avisar é o mínimo. Total irresponsabilidade com o consumidor!
The service with the dentist is terrible, the clinic only informs you that it is not their responsibility, that the dentist group is independent and that they do not even have the phone number to find out if they will attend on the day or not. They make an appointment and are late to attend or worse, they don't even show up and don't warn. Unforeseen events can happen, but entering ctt to warn is the minimum. Total irresponsibility with the consumer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pelo Plano de Saúde da Prefeitura do Recife,Saúde Recife, e fiquei horrorizada com a disccriminação,quando a gente vai pegar a senha já tem a diferenciação entre particular e Saúde Recife,passei 2 horas e meia para fazer o exame porque elas dão prioridade a quem é particular,ou seja tá pagando na hora, meu plano também é particular,mas não paga na hora,questionei disseram-me que o Saude Recife demora muito para autorizar os exames,mas que culpa tenho eu? Odiei esta clinica,tive que refazer o exame de urina,pois ultrapassou o tempo da coleta.NOTA ZERO

Ótimo atendimento com as consultas realmente por hora marcada no horário certo, a organização e limpeza da clínica impecável, preços dentro do esperado pra uma clínica popular e a melhor parte vem do atendimento dos profissionais. Maravilhoso!
