Best clinic I've ever been to. They take very good care of my dog. Everyone is very kind and considerate. We were very well taken care of whenever we were there. Extra points for Dr Thiara. She treats our son as if he were her own. He's in love and so are we.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao telefone, disseram que tratavam de tartaruga tigre. Levei meu pet para a clínica, pois ela estava com pneumonia. Sou médico e os sinais e sintomas eram típicos. Paguei R$180,00 a consulta, na esperança de iniciar tratamento com antibiótico. Fizeram até RX. Paguei mais R300,00 (só informaram esse valor ao final). Ainda quiseram fazer cultura de secreção oral (recusei, pois sabia que o resultado demorava 48-72h, no mínimo, e achava importante tratamento imediato, mesmo sendo empírico). Ao final da consulta, não iniciaram tratamento, pediram para retornar após 24h para pegar laudo do RX e deram encaminhamento para outro serviço "mais especializado". Após 24h, minha tartaruga morreu. Liguei para a clínica e pedi para informar o ocorrido ao veterinário. Sei que animais exóticos são "complicados" e provavelmente a minha tartaruga iria acabar falecendo mesmo... Mas resolvi contar minha experiência. A clínica é bacana e os atendentes são simpáticos e educados, mas eles não sabem lidar com tartaruga tigre e deveriam informar o cliente ainda via telefone. Perdi tempo, dinheiro e meu pet.
On the phone, they said they were treating a tiger turtle. I took my pet to the clinic because she had pneumonia. I'm a doctor and the signs and symptoms were typical. I paid R$180.00 for the consultation, hoping to start antibiotic treatment. They even did an RX. I paid another R300.00 (they only reported this amount at the end). They still wanted to do a culture of oral secretions (I refused, because I knew that the result would take at least 48-72 hours, and I thought immediate treatment was important, even though it was empirical). At the end of the consultation, they did not start treatment, asked to return after 24 hours to get the RX report and referred to another "more specialized" service. After 24 hours, my turtle died. I called the clinic and asked to report what had happened to the vet. I know that exotic animals are "complicated" and my turtle would probably end up dying anyway... But I decided to share my experience. The clinic is nice and the attendants are friendly and polite, but they don't know how to deal with tiger turtles and they should inform the customer over the phone. I wasted time, money and my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualquer texto que eu venha a escrever aqui, ainda será pouco perto da gratidão que tenho por todos. Da recepção a limpeza, só tenho meu muito obrigado por todo cuidado que estão tendo com o Menino. Ele ficou internado duas semanas, com múltiplas faturas depois de pular do terraço. Foram muitos exames, medicações, cirurgias, curativos e ainda virão muitos pela frente, mas tenho a certeza que ele está sendo extremamente bem cuidado. Não só ele, mas todo o cuidado, carinho, confiança, respeito que estão tendo conosco (tutores) também. Indico de olhos fechados. Pelo tratamento, pela estrutura, pelo preço e principalmente por trabalharem com amor!
Não queria nem começar a falar o nome de todos pois irei esquecer, mas agradeço imensamente o Dr. Pedro, que nos acolheu desesperados no início. Ao Dr. Diego, parceiro do hospital e ortopedista que realizou as cirurgias até de madrugada. Ao Dr. Leonardo que me mandava notícias, fotos e vídeos do Menino. A Dra. Françoise que teve o cuidado de mimar o Menino no dia do aniversário dele.
Ao pessoal da recepção, Simone, a Carla, a senhora da limpeza que me consolou quando eu chorava, ao Fernando, que confiou em nós.
Enfim... A todos ! E me perdoem quem eu esqueci o nome.

Any text I write here will still be little compared to the gratitude I have for everyone. From reception to cleaning, I just want to thank you for all the care you are taking with the boy. He was hospitalized for two weeks with multiple bills after jumping off the terrace. There were many exams, medications, surgeries, dressings and there are still many more to come, but I'm sure he is being extremely well taken care of. Not only him, but all the care, affection, trust, respect they are having with us (tutors) as well. I indicate with eyes closed. For the treatment, for the structure, for the price and especially for working with love!
I didn't even want to start saying everyone's name because I will forget, but I thank Dr. Pedro, who welcomed us in despair at first. To Dr. Diego, a hospital partner and orthopedist who performed the surgeries until dawn. To Dr. Leonardo who sent me news, photos and videos of the boy. Dr. Françoise, who took care to pamper the Boy on his birthday.
To the reception staff, Simone, Carla, the cleaning lady who comforted me when I cried, to Fernando, who trusted us.
Anyway... To all! And forgive me who I forgot the name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Dr. Consulta Pet pelos comentários e lá levei dois de meus animaizinhos em circunstâncias diferentes. Na primeira vez foi meu cachorro, onde ficou em 700,00 para descobrir que ele tinha verme. Ok, escolha minha buscar essa clínica mas, na segunda vez levei meu gato que apresentava sintomas de uma doença que havia tido há dois anos atrás. Na ocasião o diagnóstico foi feito através exame de sangue. Na Dr. Consulta expliquei a vet que eu não podia gastar muito, visto que eu havia gasto uma quantia considerável com meu cachorro há menos de 30 dias e ela me indicou fazer exame de sangue e ultrassom. Perguntei a ela centenas de vezes se realmente precisava de ambos uma vez que eu nao dispunha de condições financeiras suficiente. A mesma insistiu que sim. Tempos depois quando fui efetuar o pagamento de ambos os exames mesmo acreditando que o exame de sangue bastava, a vet passa e me diz que no exame de sangue havia dado pra ver o plasma amarelo e aí eu falei: então realmente é o que suspeitamos, né?! E ela disse que seria confirmado pelo ultrassom, o que eu considero até hoje desnecessário porque pelo exame de sangue ela já havia visto o que era necessário e pela minha experiência anterior, era o que havia sido feito e foi suficiente para diagnóstico. Mas tudo ok, prefiro pensar que foi zelo pelo diagnóstico.
Falando do atendimento na recepção: sim é bom, são simpáticos e carinhosos com os animais. Ok.
Mas se você tem alguma limitação de orçamento, digo: não vá. O mínimo que você gastará é 150,00 da consulta, 90 exame de sangue, 300 do ultrassom (se solicitado). Se precisar internar você pagará por dois honorários de 150/cada por dia! Além disso a medicação é inclusa por 120 por dia (independente do que seu pet vai precisar). Para uma breve noção, paguei 1300,00 em um dia de internação + exames. O ponto positivo é que a medicação pode ser comprada na clínica. Em resumo, a internação é sim muito boa mas, é absurdamente cara.
AH! E tem mais um detalhe: o retorno é agendado independente do vet que te atendeu estar trabalhando no dia, quando retornei com meu cachorro simplesmente disseram que o veterinário que me atendeu não estava lá, insisti que eu não podia retornar e amo me passaram para uma vet que nada sabia sobre o caso, tive que explicar tudo novamente, ela precisou ver todos os exames e honestamente, o retorno foi péssimo! Pelo valor que se paga, ao menos os retornos deveriam ser organizados internamente.

The diagnosis was made through a blood test. at Dr. Consultation I explained to the vet that I couldn't spend much, since I had spent a considerable amount with my dog less than 30 days ago and she told me to have a blood test and ultrasound. I asked her hundreds of times if I really needed both since I didn't have enough money. She insisted yes. Some time later, when I went to pay for both tests, even though I believed that the blood test was enough, the vet passed and told me that the blood test had shown the yellow plasma and then I said: so that's really what we suspect, huh?! And she said that it would be confirmed by ultrasound, which I still consider unnecessary because through the blood test she had already seen what was needed and from my previous experience, that was what had been done and it was enough for diagnosis. But all ok, I prefer to think it was zeal for the diagnosis.
Speaking of the service at the reception: yes it is good, they are friendly and affectionate with the animals. OK.
But if you have any budget limitations, I say: don't go. The minimum you will spend is 150.00 for the consultation, 90 for the blood test, 300 for the ultrasound (if requested). If you need to be admitted you will pay two fees of 150/each per day! Plus medication is included for 120 per day (regardless of what your pet will need). For a brief notion, I paid 1300.00 for a day of hospitalization + exams. The positive point is that the medication can be bought at the clinic. In summary, hospitalization is very good, but it is absurdly expensive.
AH! And there's one more detail: the return is scheduled regardless of whether the vet who saw you was working on the day, when I returned with my dog they simply said that the vet who saw me was not there, I insisted that I could not return and I love they sent me to a vet who knew nothing about the case, I had to explain everything again, she had to see all the exams and honestly, the feedback was terrible! For the price paid, at least the returns should be organized internally.
