 My second-hand Di Giorgio spent years with the top off and it was perfect. It is much brighter in the sound, without any sign of intervention.

A minha guitarra trastejava um tanto e tava desregulada. o Arthur só bateu o olho e deu o diagnóstico logo de cara que precisava ser feito (retifica dos trastes e regulagem), sem pestanejar (desculpa o trocadilho) e sem rodeios. A guitarra voltou impecável e ficou ainda mais bonita.
O Arthur é direto e sem rodeios. A guitarra ficou um bom tempo lá, mas exatamente o tempo que ele falou que ficaria, e dado o trabalho que foi preciso e o resultado final, agora eu vejo que ele foi rápido. Um verdadeiro artista e extremamente detalhista.

Impeccable service, magnificent fit and the result is a complete work of art.
My guitar was fretting a little and it was unregulated. Arthur just hit his eye and gave the diagnosis right away that needed to be done (fret rectification and adjustment), without blinking (sorry for the pun) and without bluntness. The guitar came back flawless and became even more beautiful.
Arthur is direct and blunt. The guitar was there for a long time, but exactly the time he said he would stay, and given the work it took and the final result, now I see that he was quick. A true artist and extremely detailed.
