★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira consulta, mostrou um gráfico e disse que estava no topo da depressão, passou um remédio pra surtos pisicoticos, graças a Deus não usei, meu endocrinologia barrou, no retorno, não lembrava o remédio que receitou, disse que eu não tinha nada e não lembrava que ia fazer 10 sessões de terapia , que fazia questão dele mesmo atender ...qd meu esposo disse não entendi, se ela não tem nada porque receitou respidon, ele mesmo fez cara de espanto, ou seja, errou gravíssimo, completamente incoerente , ele é louco, e precisava urgente de ser paralisado pra se tratar, foi uma experiência horrível, nunca mais piso lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escrevi um textão enorme mas apaguei, ele já mandou eu entrar na justiça uma vez, vá saber o que ele poderia fazer agora.
A única coisa que posso contar aqui para quem for pesquisar é: Fui uma paciente, havia tentado suicidio há pouco, na época, estava em crise e passei por experiências muito ruins, a secretária dele é um dos seres mais surreais que eu já vi na minha vida. Atendimento é simplesmente péssimo.
Na MINHA experiência, não acreditem em “tratamentos fechados” “pacotes de tratamentos” “garantias” nem nada disso, tratamento psiquiátrico é uma luta árdua, cada paciente tem o seu tempo, tem sua luta, não existe receita de bolo, TODOS da equipe precisam te acolher, começando pela secretaria, ela é a porta de entrada até o médico e muitas vezes será seu meio de comunicação até ele.
E não importa o que aconteça, simplesmente não importa, se um dia o psiquiatra e/ou a secretaria ironizarem você e sua doença/sua crise/seu momento o problema NÃO É VOCÊ (sei que existem pessoas que já passaram por isso com outros profissionais), quem é paciente psiquiátrico sabe como funciona as vezes.
Demorei mais de dois anos pra superar meus traumas com psiquiatra e equipe, hoje graças a Deus encontrei uma realidade completamente diferente, sou muito bem acolhida e grata pela minha evolução! ??

In MY experience, don't believe in "closed treatments" "treatment packages" "guarantees" or anything like that, psychiatric treatment is an arduous struggle, each patient has their time, has their struggle, there is no recipe for cake, EVERYONE on the team they need to welcome you, starting with the secretary, she is the gateway to the doctor and will often be your means of communication to him.
And no matter what happens, it just doesn't matter, if one day the psychiatrist and/or the secretary make fun of you and your illness/your crisis/your moment the problem IS NOT YOU (I know there are people who have gone through this with other professionals ), who is a psychiatric patient knows how it works sometimes.
It took me more than two years to overcome my traumas with a psychiatrist and team, today thank God I found a completely different reality, I am very welcomed and grateful for my evolution! ??
