★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A secretaria e péssima, atende super mal fiquei o mês inteiro aguardando para marcar uma consulta, pq disseram que no começo do mês iria abrir agenda, liguei lá a mal educada da recepcionista disse que a agenda e só para gestantes, super insatisfeita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pré natal com a Dra Marcia, gostava dela até o dia do parto. Como era meu primeiro parto eu estava preocupada, cheguei no Hospital São Paulo e ela não tinha chamado o fotógrafo sendo q dois dias antes liguei na clínica e perguntei se estava tudo certo com o fotógrafo. Eu já na sala do parto escutei ela falando para outras médicas que não lembrava o nome da minha bebê e que eu era esquisita (fiquei bem chateada com o que escutei, pois não entendi o “esquisita”, sendo que nunca questionei ela de nada e tal, mas enfim…). Abriram minha barriga e ficaram esperando o fotógrafo chegar, nisso comecei a ficar bem nervosa com a demora. Graças a Deus o parto ocorreu tudo bem e tenho hoje uma menina linda de 2 anos. Só achei que meu parto poderia ter sido uma experiência mais bonita do que foi…
I did the prenatal with Dr Marcia, I liked her until the day of delivery. As it was my first birth I was worried, I arrived at Hospital São Paulo and she hadn't called the photographer and two days before I called the clinic and asked if everything was okay with the photographer. In the delivery room, I heard her talking to other doctors that she didn't remember my baby's name and that I was weird (I was really upset with what I heard, because I didn't understand the "weird", and I never questioned her about anything and so, but anyway…). They opened my belly and waited for the photographer to arrive, so I started to get really nervous with the delay. Thank God the delivery went well and today I have a beautiful 2 year old girl. I just thought that my birth could have been a more beautiful experience than it was…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando nota 01 porquê não é possível dar 0. Minha mulher saiu do trabalho para fazer uma consulta às 11h. A doutora chegou 10h57 com mais gente esperando o atendimento.
Escrevo isso às 11h55 e ela ainda não foi atendida. Total falta de respeito com o tempo das pessoas.
Atualização: São 12h22, minha mulher não foi atendida, e alguns pacientes estão lá desde 09h30. Sem palavras.
I'm rating it 01 because it's not possible to rate 0. My wife left work for an appointment at 11 am. The doctor arrived at 10:57 am with more people waiting to be seen.
I write this at 11:55 am and she still hasn't been answered. Total lack of respect for people's time.
Update: It's 12:22 pm, my wife hasn't been seen, and some patients have been there since 9:30 am. Wordless.
