My experience was WORST! everything we hired at our party half they didn't do! You have no commitment to anything !!!! Our dream of the biggest dance went down the drain. Our ball took place on 3/17/2018. They are the worst choice of any school or college that will make the ball of your life

Bad company, dishonest, no character. I can not recommend it, you could turn the dream of a DANCE into a nightmare! They have not fulfilled half of the promise, nor have they been in contract! There was no food for the guests, a photo booth and no more than a contract! Dissatisfaction and disappointed with everything!

It was my daughter's college graduation and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The space did not support the number of people. Their willingness to have access to food was terrible, you had to face long lines and it took too long because the food ran out and you had to wait for replacement. The table of cutlery extremely disorganized On the table the salty did not arrive, we had to keep going after the waiter soliciting drink. Don't change the glasses,, juice? Only once. Colonial coffe? My God, they need to learn what that is. We imagined it would be perfect, when it comes to this company. Regrettable and revolting a moment so dreamed destroyed by lack of professionalism. Bad dance, bad organization. I was ashamed before my family, terrible food, very small space for a large number of people, decoration made any way. I felt cheated, it was like I took 3 thousand reais and threw it in the trash. Much disappointment. It was supposed to be "the day", the unique moment of my graduation, to celebrate with my family so much effort, everything was thrown in the trash, for trusting in this trash company. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!!

Bad experience with the company, breach of contract and total disregard for trainees. Place of the ball that did not hold the number of people, attractions promised and not fulfilled, nor the luxury invitation was given to us, the only thing that saved our party was the band. The party was scheduled for the beginning of 2019 and during that period only gave problems and I as a member of the graduation committee I just went mad with it. The first problem was with the photo session, we scheduled a day for the company to go to the institution to do the session. All the students were warned, people marked makeup and hair for the photos, we organized a space in the institution and on the day they simply sent a message saying they would not go and that they would schedule for another date, we of the commission fell on top and they were in the same day, that is, it really was ill-will and they should not give a damn about the students. After the session, another problem, we had combined with another company to make our luxury invitation and the photos would be made available by DoVale, but the representative who took the photos, had a problem with the company and DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE THE PHOTOS WHILE DOVALE DO NOT GET AN AGREEMENT. We were at the mercy of this situation and waited about two months until the photos were released. With these facts, many people began to re-contract the contract, before we had 22 trainees and in the end we were only 9 trainees. And there was another problem, there was not enough money for the party that was in contract, we would give up, but the company suggested joining the party with another institution's group, claiming that with this junction little serious thing changed. We accept the proposal in the hope of still having the promised feast of dreams. PURE ILLUSION! At the last meeting that preceded the party, it was agreed that we could make a table of teachers so that we were not unfair in the choice, we made a lot of the teachers who would go. ANOTHER PROBLEM, three days before the party when we sent the names of the teachers, the company refused to make the teachers 'table saying that it had not agreed to any of this and that the number of students did not justify making the teachers' table. And that phrase is the more they will hear if they still persist in closing with that company and its derivatives. Summarizing this situation, we had to cancel with all the teachers! At the party I arrived with my family and simply had to stand for 15 minutes because my table had no chair. Reason? The company had closed colleges with the other class on the same day of our party without notifying us and we had to wait for the col lection to finish because the chairs were being used for ceremony. Decoration? A rubbish! Tablecloths that looked more like TNT, wilted and lifeless flower arrangements. Food We paid to eat sausage and cassava, it was the most had in quantity there. A disorganization at the time of serving, huge queues around the tables, which looked more like the playtime of a kindergarten. There were other food options, but at the end of the line there was nothing left. In the hour of the waltz, another tumult. We did not know where she was going, one representative spoke one thing and the other spoke another! Something that was scheduled to happen at 00:00 was 1:15 a.m., the party that would start at 11:00 p.m. only started at 11:40 p.m. And I did not believe in the evaluations and I saw with my own eyes! Pure frustration! My high school graduation earned from 10 to 0 of this graduation graduation. And I paid well less saw ?! Good luck to those who will still close with this company and derivatives!

Write a Review I hated it! I paid three graduations (my own and 2 daughters) at this location because I did not have another option in college, but I hated it. The last one, then, of my youngest daughter, at the end of 2016, was a FIASCO, they charged alcohol in the package but at the time of the party they claimed that they could not even serve their alcoholic beverages (but they did not return the money). The photos of my daughter, and the family LOST ... the album was left with half a dozen photos of the school barbeque, and they were amazed ... on that night of graduation, ALL the guests that arrived at the time indicated on the invitation had to WAIT TO OUTSIDE THE PLACE FOR 40 MINUTES! THOUGHT that night, but everyone waited and clearly saw himself through the DOORED glass door, they hurrying everything inside. The buffet was miserable, anyway, it was all awful I DO NOT recommend ever!

My money thrown in the trash! On March 17, 2018 it was supposed to be the happiest and most important day in the life of graduates from Bilac college and other aggregated colleges. The committee decided for the company DoVale graduations to make this long-awaited day happen. But that is not what happened. On the contrary, it was the biggest nightmare. My guests were cramped, hungry and angry. There was not even one person satisfied. We were promised (in contract) many things that were not fulfilled at our ball, among them: * They rented the ADC Embraer salon, which was tiny for the number of people. It was impossible to pass between the tables. * The buffet did not serve juice. Soda was served only at the beginning of the party. Very little food and little they served was cold, undercooked and spoiled. Even relatives of several trainees were ill the day after the party. * The photo booth that was under contract was not there. * There was no American corner and there was no mining corner. * The liquor bar they made in a tent outside the hall, with a horrible improvised floor where women in high heels almost fell. * Poor organization at the time of the waltz. Ridiculous company! They stole us, they tricked us! They are a bunch of swindlers. I hope justice is done.
