★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sim, estive na sala 23 desse edifício numa reunião com a Doutora Verônica Magna, a Doutora além de ser uma grande defensora é uma mulher de uma índole intocável, ao longo de sua carreira ela esteve no antigo endereço por mais de vinte anos mudando-se para esse empreendimento, eu achei que foi uma mudança incrível, pois é um prédio muito moderno, sala ampla e arejada, com segurança e estacionamento para quem vai de carro, eu indico para quem deseja alugar uma sala comercial visitar o Dowtown Corporate e já aproveitar e ir na sala da doutora Verônica Magna e seus colegas Doutor Octávio e a Doutora Camila e contratá-los para fechar com chave de Ouro e fazer um excelente negócio.
