★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência triste a que tive com esse posto pela segunda vez, abasteci as 09:06 e as 09:34 já estava com o carro parado em fila dupla na rua Pará no centro de Divinópolis, fui multada por parar em fila dupla , e depois de tanto constrangimento liguei para o NR de celular que estava registrado no cupom do pagamento do cartão o gerente mandou um galão de combustível e ainda duvidando de minha reclamação, com insinuações do tipo , "seu marcador está com defeito "
Assim que colocou o combustível ,o carro funcionou perfeitamente, Meu carro parou pq o combustível que paguei não entrou no meu tanque, simples assim..o gerente pediu que eu tirasse fotos do marcador e voltasse lá depois que o galão que ele levou terminasse.. muita falta de respeito com o consumidor ..indignada .
Sad experience I had with this post for the second time, I refueled at 09:06 and 09:34 already had the car stopped in a double row in Pará Street in downtown Divinópolis, I was fined for stopping in double queue, and after so embarrassed I called the mobile NR that was registered on the card payment coupon the manager sent a gallon of fuel and still doubting my complaint, with hints like "your marker is defective"
As soon as I put the fuel in, the car worked perfectly. My car stopped because the fuel I paid didn't get in my tank, simple as that. The manager asked me to take pictures of the marker and get back there after the gallon he took was finished. Very disrespectful of the consumer.
