Já havia negociado com outro vendedor que estava em horário de almoço e infelizmente a má vontade do Sr. Roberto fez com que eu desistisse da compra de 04 pneus novos. Totalmente despreparado e mal educado para um vendedor que lida com o público. Sem falar que havia somente 02 profissionais realizando as trocas de pneus e revisões dos veículos.
Poor service from the seller Roberto. I had already negotiated with another seller who was on lunch break and unfortunately Mr. Roberto's unwillingness made me give up on buying 04 new tires. Totally unprepared and rude for a salesperson who deals with the public. Not to mention that there were only 02 professionals performing tire changes and vehicle overhauls.
