I didn't show up, I called for a whole afternoon, they don't answer, the recording says you'll be the next one to be answered, you never answer, we waste time.

Does anyone know why the Defender's phone doesn't work?
I have already called several times and the electronic section says that the number does not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Precisam trocar de gestor da qualidade e atendimento ao público, um fluxo que não funciona. Quase um mês tentando o agendamento online e nada de um retorno, ligo, fico quase 1h na ligação e não tem atendimento. Péssimo, vocês não prezam pela integridade dos cidadãos sem falar do prejuízo que isso causa as pessoas. REVEJAM ISSO!!!!! Contribuimos com nossos deveres de cidadãos, o MÍNIMO que vocês devem fazer é prestar um serviço de atendimento e encaminhamento que seja de verdade. EXIGIMOS NOSSOS DIREITOS!!!!
Terrible! They need to change the quality and customer service manager, a flow that doesn't work. Almost a month trying to schedule online and no response, I call, I stay on the call for almost 1 hour and there is no answer. Terrible, you don't value the integrity of citizens, not to mention the damage it causes people. REVIEW THIS!!!!! We contribute to our duties as citizens, the MINIMUM you should do is provide a real care and referral service. WE DEMAND OUR RIGHTS!!!!
