★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUI ACOMPANHANDO UMA IDOSA PARA REGISTRAR UM B.O., DISSERAM QUE ERA PARA FAZER ONLINE. FIZ E NÃO CONSIGO IMPRIMIR E VALIDAR O DOCUMENTO PARA LEVAR AO BANCO E O MESMO REALIZAR OS PROCEDIMENTOS NECESSÁRIOS. A DEMORA ESTÁ PREJUDICANDO MUITO A IDOSA.
I WAS ACCOMPANIING AN ELDERLY TO REGISTER A B.O., THEY SAID IT WAS TO DO ONLINE. I DID AND I CANNOT PRINT AND VALIDATE THE DOCUMENT TO TAKE TO THE BANK AND EVEN PERFORM THE NECESSARY PROCEDURES. DELAY IS HARMING THE ELDERLY A LOT.
