Precisei de cirurgia no tornozelo e fui atendido por ele que não mediu esforços nem se preocupou com questões financeiras para atendimentos pós operatórios. Trabalhou pelo sistema de reembolso do convênio que não pesa no bolso do cliente. Correu tudo bem e estou feliz com os resultados.

A assistência foi completa, tanto no que se refere à cirurgia e tratamento quanto à ajuda com a burocracia do plano de saúde. É uma pena que não existam médicos como ele em outras especialidades – a grande maioria ignora o paciente após a apresentação da proposta de honorários. Indico sem qualquer ressalva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu conheci o Dr.Allex num momento muito difícil da minha vida, após sofrer um acidente em Uberaba fraturei a fíbula e desloquei meu tornozelo este com várias pequenas lesões.
Embora me fizesse de forte eu tinha muitos medos, como por exemplo ter sequelas e não conseguir mais executar atividades que rotineiras sem auxílio de alguma ferramenta.
Até que o Dr. Allex me foi apresentado e então tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, traduziu os resultados dos exames, me explicou como seria a cirurgia e até mesmo os locais que me trariam um pequeno desconforto no pós cirúrgico e o que eu deveria fazer para minimizar tais desconfortos.
Uma semana pós cirurgia retornei ao consultório, e fui muito bem atendido.
Entre o pós cirúrgico e o retorno ao consultório o Dr. Allex sempre esteve disponível a me atender e tirar minhas dúvidas pelo whatsapp, e mesmo eu dando continuidade ao tratamento com outro profissional ( devido a distância da minha cidade), semanalmente o Dr.Allex perguntava como estava minha recuperação.
Seu trabalho foi elogiado por todos os profissionais que de alguma maneira participaram do meu processo de reabilitação.
Hj 4 meses após a cirurgia já vivo minha vida como antes do acidente.

I met Dr.Allex at a very difficult time in my life, after having an accident in Uberaba, I fractured my fibula and dislocated my ankle with several small injuries.
Although I made myself strong, I had many fears, such as having sequelae and no longer being able to perform routine activities without the help of some tool.
Until Dr. Allex was introduced to me and then he took all my doubts, translated the results of the exams, explained how the surgery would be and even the places that would bring me a little discomfort after the surgery and what I should do to minimize such discomforts.
A week after surgery I returned to the office, and was very well attended.
Between post-surgical and return to the office, Dr. Allex was always available to assist me and answer my questions via whatsapp, and even though I continued the treatment with another professional (due to the distance from my city), Dr.Allex asked weekly how my recovery was.
His work was praised by all professionals who somehow participated in my rehabilitation process.
Today, 4 months after the surgery, I'm living my life as before the accident.
