★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso, necessitei de um laudo detalhando os problemas de saúde que tenho na coluna, espondilose, hérnia de disco, tanto na cervical, como na lombar, não queria emitir nem o laudo simples com as CIDs, o que após muita insistência veio fazer (laudo simples). A interação com o paciente é muito superficial e fria.
