★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De inicio eles nos atendem bem, porém não sabem dizer qual o problema do celular, me fizeram trocar bateria e doc, pagando caro e não resolveram o problema. Já retornei a loja 04 vezes, trocaram 03 vezes a bateria e agora querem dizer que o erro é da placa. Não são especializados coisa nenhuma, condenam o celular para trocarmos as peças originais por peças importadas que vendem e nada resolvem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca levem seu telefone neste lugar. Meu iPhone estava descarregando muito rapidamente e fui até lá para trocar a bateria e deixei o aparelho.
Pediram que aguardasse 20 minutos, depois mais 20 minutos com argumentos estapafúrdios.
Depois de recebê-lo “consertado”, percebi que o botão Home não funcionava e a bateria “nova” continuava do mesmo jeito. Fui pedir meu dinheiro de volta e me dirigi a outra loja.
Quando o outro técnico abriu o aparelho constatou que o primeiro tinha danificado o mecanismo do Home.
Meu prejuízo foi muito maior com a Dr Apple, mas o pior foi a postura desonesta do técnico.
Nunca mais retorno e aconselho o mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido bem por um rapaz que estava no quiosque da parte de baixo do shopping. Já quando fui na loja de fato, não gostei do atendimento do técnico, um rapaz com cabelo pintado de loiro, que a todo momento ficava falando o quão chato e complicado era o serviço do meu aparelho( troca da lente da câmera do iPhone 6), sendo que em nenhum momento perguntei valores e paguei o que me cobraram sem questionar. Só queria meu problema resolvido. Não gostei desse rapaz que me atendeu, era de um tom petulante e arrogante no lidar comigo, sendo que eu cheguei numa boa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em minha primeira experiência com esta loja e por motivo desta a última, comprei um produto que apresentou baixíssima qualidade e que induz o cliente a sair como mal usuário, não pude trocar mesmo estando com uma semana de comprado, a vendedora que me atendeu foi bem agradável no dia da compra, quando voltei lá na semana seguinte a mesma me tratou com desprezo e como se eu fosse desonesta(acredito que independentemente da idade do cliente, aparência, do valor ou tipo de produto que o mesmo compre o respeito e a atenção deviam ser os mesmos), ela ainda atendeu outros clientes que apareceram após a minha chegada e exposição do meu problema(fui bastante paciente diante disso), em seguida ela recolheu-se em uma salinha para mexer no celular dela e eu fiquei esperando alguma solução no balcão, diante disso, os demais atendentes que estavam lá um rapaz e outra moça, ao menos tentaram me atender da melhor forma já que “não poderiam me ajudar”. Não foi uma boa experiência, não recomendo aos meus amigos e conhecidos ou pensem bem antes de comprar algum produto que tenha etiqueta de qualidade garantida pela loja sendo de uma marca desconhecida.
In my first experience with this store and because of this the last, I bought a product that presented very low quality and that induces the customer to leave as a bad user, I could not change it even after a week of buying, the saleswoman who attended me was good pleasant on the day of the purchase, when I went back there the following week she treated me with contempt and as if I were dishonest (I believe that regardless of the age of the customer, appearance, value or type of product that he buys respect and attention they must have been the same), she also attended to other clients who appeared after my arrival and exposure of my problem (I was very patient about it), then she retired in a small room to touch her cell phone and I was waiting for some solution at the counter, in front of that, the other attendants who were there, a boy and another girl, at least tried to serve me in the best way since "they couldn't help me". It was not a good experience, I do not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances or think carefully before buying any product that has a quality label guaranteed by the store being of an unknown brand.

1 um rapaz magrelo do cabelo pintado de loiro e brinco mal levanta a cabeça pra te ouvir e saber do teu problema
2 parece que faz as coisas de má vontade ou que estou pedindo algum favor
3 pegam teu aparelho e dizem que retornam a ligação pra dar um feedback e não ligam
4 As peças e dispositivos eh tudo paraguaio que vc encontra em qualquer lugar, ou seja, não tem diferencial nenhum
O dono so se preocupa em fazer foto em Instagram, parece que não se liga nas críticas que tem aos montes aqui no Google..
A minha experiência que compartilho eh a seguinte:
Não se iludam so pq fazem propaganda no Instagram e na Jovem pan e pq tem várias lojas, outras assistências fazem o mesmo serviço e ainda melhor, mais aparelhado e com melhores ferramentas com um preço justo pelo bom serviço

Make no mistake just because they advertise on Instagram and Jovem pan and because there are several stores, other assistants do the same service and even better, more equipped and with better tools at a fair price for good service
