Recepcionista péssima que não souber explicar e no mínimo deveriam ligar para reagendar - antes de me deixarem esperando. Detalhe à própria recepcionistas, falo quê era normal ele se atrasar. Muita falta de respeito.
Does not meet scheduled time. I kept waiting for 50 minutes and the doctor did not arrive. Receptionist terrible that can not explain and should at least call to reschedule - before they leave me waiting. Detail to the receptionists themselves, I say that it was normal for them to be late. Too much respect.
