★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensem bem antes de vir. Consulta marcada às 9hs cheguei 15 minutos de antecedência e até 11hs o médico não havia chegado. Ouvi de algumas pessoas que lá estavam que "é assim mesmo" e fiquei pensando como nós aceitamos esse tipo de coisa. Profissionalismo é melhor junto com compromisso.
 Think before you come. Appointment at 9 am I arrived 15 minutes in advance and until 11 am the doctor had not arrived. I heard from some people who were there that "it's like that" and I wondered how we accepted that kind of thing. Professionalism is best coupled with commitment.

Tive hipertensão gestacional quando estava grávida do meu mais novo, e a secretária, ou o próprio Dr. Novaes, sempre me ligavam para saber como eu estava. Serei grata sempre por toda dedicação!

É referência no tratamento da trombofilia. A espera no consultório para ser atendida vale a pena quando você entra no consultório e encontra um profissional que te atende sem pressa; que te escuta. Moro longe do consultório e mesmo assim adorei ele como meu médico.

Porém, ao encontrá-lo no aplicativo, vim direto ao Google para saber um pouco mais a respeito do Dr. Novaes. As impressões foram muito boas e marquei uma consulta, já que estava mais tranquila. Logo de primeira, fui muito bem atendida pela recepcionista que é um amor de pessoa. As pacientes, que estavam aguardando suas consultas, falaram muito bem do Dr. E logo perguntei se elas gostavam e só ouvi elogios. Ao entrar na consulta, o Dr. Novaes foi super atencioso e mesmo eu levando meus exames, fez questão de me examinar. Conversou comigo, me auxíliou e foi super atencioso.

Eu era tão novinha, ele me atendeu como se fosse um pai. Minha eterna gratidão a esse médico. Sempre desejo que Deus abençoe a vida dele e da família dele.
