Perguntamos ao Douglas qual seria o prazo para entrega do veículo e a resposta foi que seria de 5 a 10 dias corridos. Esses 10 dias viraram 15 e depois 24 dias. Ele responde as mensagens e atende ao telefone? Sim! Porém sempre com mentiras, dizendo que vai sair tal dia e chega no dia mais uma mentira. Quando o veículo chegou o motorista nos falou que o veículo foi coletado na terça feira dessa mesma semana (hj são 10 e o dia da coleta foi 5), ou seja, 8 dias depois da data que o carro já deveria ter sido entregue em Brasília ele não tinha se quer saído de Fortaleza.
Não recomendo de forma alguma essa transportadora!

We asked Douglas what the deadline for delivery of the vehicle would be and the answer was that it would be 5 to 10 calendar days. Those 10 days turned into 15 and then 24 days. Does he answer messages and answer the phone? Yes! But always with lies, saying that he will leave on such a day and another lie arrives on the day. When the vehicle arrived, the driver told us that the vehicle was collected on Tuesday of the same week (today is 10 am and the day of collection was 5), that is, 8 days after the date that the car should have been delivered in Brasília he hadn't even left Fortaleza.
I do not recommend this carrier at all!
