★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei os serviços do dr consulta por mais de 8 meses, porem no setor de pediatria deixou a desejar, o medico nao apareceu, e foi informado somente na recepção.
Nenhuma notificação ou reagendamento antecipado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta no shopping metrô Tatuapé me perdi cheguei 10min atrasada e não me atenderam e me encaminharam para o shopping Itaquera e estou aqui esperando 30min que não me chama e estão atrasado, como assim pro paciente não tem excessão e pro médico pode ser como eles querem atender
I had an appointment at the Tatuapé subway mall I got lost I arrived 10 minutes late and they didn't answer me and they sent me to the Itaquera mall and I'm here waiting 30 minutes they don't call me and they're late, what do you mean for the patient there's no exception and for the doctor it can be like them want to answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, por ordem de agendamento, os médicos são muito educados e atenciosos, bastante solicitude da parte dos funcionários para atender, e diferente do “Amor e Saúde", eles dão retorno.
Não só na unidade Itaquera, mas Tatuapé, na praça Sílvio Romero e no Shopping, o trabalho é bem feito, com bastante diligência. Parabéns !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da Recepção em particular da atendente Sra Gabryelle Silva (30/5, mesa 1) que ao invés de tentar entender a situação e ajudar, preferiu perder um cliente.
Já estive em outras unidades e fiquei chocada com a falta de empatia e colaboração!
Recomendo a rede revisitar a unidade e realizar uma atualização do atendimento da recepção

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade dentro shop tive uma Pessima experiencia Recepcao atendimento foi ate rapido, viemos para fazer teste par covid 3 horas na espera. Um absurdo se a pessoa nao esta com covid acaba pegando pela demora ao fazer os teste .
Um absurdo por se pago teria que ser coisa rapida pois acaba causando tumulto na hora da sala de espera.
Unit inside the shop I had a bad experience Reception service was even fast, we came to do a test for covid 3 hours on hold. It's absurd if the person doesn't have covid ends up taking the delay when taking the test.
An absurdity for being paid would have to be a quick thing because it ends up causing turmoil at the time of the waiting room.
