★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior unidade em que já estive. Pequena, lotada de gente, sem espaço se quer para ficar em pé direito. Dizem que não precisa chegar com antecedência, mas se vc chegar no horário, capaz de.perder a consulta/exame.
Worst unit I've ever been on. Small, crowded with people, with no space to stand up straight. They say you don't have to arrive early, but if you arrive on time, you might miss the appointment/exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma tomografia faz 10 dias, já estourou o prazo para sair o resultado, cancelei retorno com a médica e até agora nada. Abri chamada no SAC e eles dizem que não receberam nenhuma resposta da unidade.

Exame agendado e pago pra 08:45. Só fui atendida 2 horas depois ..era apenas pra instalar o Mapa.
Pessoal da recepção muito mal preparada, não sabem se comunicar ,isso atrapalha o andamento posterior..péssimo atendimento na unidade da Rebouças
I always went through a medical evaluation, and left satisfied..but today I was disappointed.
Exam scheduled and paid for 08:45. I was only attended 2 hours later ..it was just to install the Map.
Reception staff very poorly prepared, they don't know how to communicate, this interferes with later progress..poor service at the Rebouças unit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior unidade do Dr. Consulta é a unidade Rebouças. O estacionamento é ridículo (eles fazem a calçada de estacionamento para poder cobrar. Você estaciona e alguém estaciona atrás do seu carro, quando você sai, tem que pedir para o manobrista tirar o carro que está atrás do seu e te ajudar "segurando o transito" para você sair, pois o fluxo da avenida é enorme. O estacionamento é caro e ainda por cima tem aviso dizendo que não é aceito cartões. O manobrista abusado disse que tem caixa 24 horas em todo lugar. Eis que apareceu outro manobrista que passou o meu cartão, alegando que as vezes a máquina não funciona. Horário: eles não atendem no horário. A Punção da minha mãe era 18/03/2022, às 07:05hs, passaram duas pessoas na frente dela e quando deu 08:30, avisaram que a máquina estava quebrada (estava quebrada e dois pacientes passaram na frente e na vez dela, disseram que estava quebrada). O exame está pago e foi remarcado para 25/03/2022. O médico passou por nós e nem olhou na nossa cara. Parou na frente da recepção fez gestos para a recepcionista dizendo: "encerrado por hoje". Vamos retornar porque já está pago, mas a verdade é que O Dr. Consulta quer atender muita gente sem ter estrutura para isso. Os médicos só sabem pedir exame.

Zero estrelas pra vcs.
Pela segunda vez me decepcionei com essa unidade, e ainda insistir em vir… na primeira vim a consulta que estava marcada e paga, chegando na unidade eles pediram que eu pagasse novamente, não recebi o comprovante por e-mail como feito no procedimento, a recepcionista atrasou um exame que era pra ser feito as 8hr conseguimos as 10hr pq eles não achavam o comprovante, não era um problema nosso, uma criança de 8 ano ficar mais de 12 horas de jejum para um exame e eles fazendo palhaçada pra atender sendo que não foi um erro nosso e eu mostrei o comprovante de pagamento, quando fomos realizar o exame a energia acabou, atrasou mais 1 hora o exame.
Na segunda vez a Dr. se atrasou para a consulta, nós chegamos e não queríamos pagar sem que elas estivesse chego pq tinha um compromisso horas depois, dependendo do atraso não iria passar, a recepcionista muito arrogante nós fez pegar outra senha pois a médica tinha chego, não avia necessidade alguma pois ela já sabia que eu estava esperando a médica. Segunda e última vez que fomos nessa unidade, são consultas pagas o mínimo que esperando é um atendimento humanizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um exame de ressonância magnética, pois sofri uma lesão no joelho e preciso saber o mais rápido possível se afetou e como afetou os ligamentos, para eventual cirurgia. Até o momento de pagar, tudo muito rápido e eficiente. Foi prometido o prazo de 4 dias para o resultado, ele não veio. Ligando no último dia, informaram que sairia no dia seguinte, não saiu. Só então me informaram que o exame teria de ser refeito, sem apresentar qualquer justificativa para isso. Ou seja, pura incompetência e descaso.
Agende para refazer o exame e, mesmo com hora marcada, esperei quase uma hora no local para realizá-lo. Mais uma vez me deram um prazo para entregar o resultado. A responsável da unidade Fradique Coutinho (Rebouças), a Jussiara, disse que como houve um erro e iriam refazer, então o resultado sairia no mesmo dia. Assim que terminei, voltei a perguntar ao Dr. Rafael (ou Raphael), que participou da realização do meu exame, quando teria o resultado, e ele disse que em 24h. Mas até agora não tenho resultado de nenhum dos dois exames, nem qualquer explicação por parte dessa péssima empresa. Não confiem sua saúde a essa empresa que só quer lucrar, sem prestar serviço com uma mínima qualidade. Exijo uma solução imediata, caso contrário entrarei com ação judicial para reparação do valor pago, indenização pelos prejuízos materiais e morais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hours waiting, couldn’t get treatment anyway, waited another hour just to get a refund (Total of 3 hours wasted).
Other customers are very rude (because they’re also frustrated waiting so long), skipping in line in front of each other.
I feel bad for the staff, there’s just too many customers here. It’s not the staff’s fault but overall bad experience.
When we have gotten tests, that part was pretty smooth, the problem is you’ll never get seen in a reasonable amount of time. Coming here is always a pain.
Never coming back.
