That's a brief description of another never heard of before restaurant that has a long list of food personalities pictured on the walls taken there, along with the owner and chef. In an unmaped part of the gastronomical food scene in Sao Paulo, lies a restaurant that grows it's own salads, has wood ovens and is specialized on Beef Ribs. I've tried the smoked BBQ, the stuffed, and the "regular" slow roasted version. There's always a big chunk of pork with crispy skin lying on top of the oven right at the entrance to convince you in if you're undecided or scheptical. If you're not taking the road or at least not driving - the restaurant has its own beer - perfectly designed to wash the "costelão" down. The wine selection is very impressive despite the unusual location.
