Sou cliente há anos, desde mesmo antes da loja física, mas com a falta de atendimento vou migrar para outro fornecedor que tenha facilidade de atendimento.
Contact phone never answers, WhatsApp does not respond. I don't understand why they don't give importance to this important and essential tool. Do not give preference only to on-site sales. I've been a customer for years, even before the physical store, but with the lack of service I'm going to migrate to another supplier that has ease of service.
