Realizei cirurgia bariátrica na modalidade bypass e não tive nenhuma complicação. Hoje são -31kg e muita qualidade de vida!!

Contudo, eu tomei a decisão e renasci aos 14 de dezembro 2019, data que dei o ponto a pé inicial na minha virada, um novo marco em minha vida e na minha saúde.
O tempo passa muito rápido, quando me deparei já são 2 anos que mudei e, mudei para melhor.
Não faço nenhuma apologia à cirurgia, só quero verbalizar o quanto ela me fez bem, na realidade um divisor de águas.
Na época, eu era obeso, vivia triste e uma série de problemas de saúde e emocionais.
A cirurgia bariátrica transformou a minha vida e a da minha família e dos meus amigos. Tenho bem estar, alegria, disposição, e outros fatores essenciais na vida do ser humano.
Como qualquer passo importante na vida, a confiança é o ponto de partida. E foi através do médico e sua equipe multidisciplinar (médico cirurgião @emerson_silveira_araujo,
nutricionista @wernec_paula, psicóloga @fatima.peixoto.3194), que desde a primeira consulta até o presente momento, me acompanham e me instruem na jornada.
Agradeço a todos (família, amigos, equipe médica e disciplinar) por terem aceitado cuidar de mim, cuidados este que devolvo com resultados

Jeez, how to start over is hard!!!
However, I made the decision and was reborn on December 14, 2019, the date that marked the beginning of my turning point, a new milestone in my life and in my health.
Time passes very fast, when I came across it's been 2 years since I changed and I changed for the better.
I don't make any apology for the surgery, I just want to verbalize how much good it did me, in fact a watershed.
At the time, I was obese, living with sadness and a series of health and emotional problems.
Bariatric surgery has transformed my life and that of my family and friends. I have well-being, joy, disposition, and other essential factors in human life.
Like any important step in life, trust is the starting point. And it was through the doctor and his multidisciplinary team (surgeon doctor @emerson_silveira_araujo,
nutritionist @wernec_paula, psychologist @fatima.peixoto.3194), who have accompanied me and instructed me on the journey from the first appointment until the present moment.
I thank everyone (family, friends, medical and disciplinary staff) for accepting to take care of me, which I return with results.
