★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar minha total insatisfação não com o Dr.Fabio mas com sua funcionária que atende as ligações e agenda os atendimentos no local.Hoje liguei duas vezes para confirma a data da minha consulta. A mesma se recusou a me atender alegando está ocupada. Nem se quer perguntou meu nome precisei insiste para que ela pegasse meu nome ou CPF para verificar. A mesma pegou meu nome é telefone com muita arrogância descendo e mal educação dizendo que iria retornar. Não retornou,liguei novamente disse que ainda não tinha visto porque estava ocupada se recusou mais uma vez a me atender . Precisei insistir depois que a mesma depois de me tratar com muita grosseria verificou bem seguida sem me deixar terminar de falar bateu o telefone na minha cara.
Dr.Fabio ótimo profissional recomendando mas deveria selecionar melhor seus funcionários, tem muitas pessoas humanas e capacitadas por aí que gostariam de trabalhar.
I would like to leave my total dissatisfaction not with Dr. Fabio but with his employee who answers calls and schedules appointments on the spot. Today I called twice to confirm the date of my appointment. She refused to answer me on the grounds that she is busy. I didn't even ask for my name, I needed to insist that she take my name or CPF to check. The same took my name is phone with a lot of arrogance coming down and bad manners saying that I would return. She didn't return, I called again and said she hadn't seen it yet because she was busy and refused to answer me again. I had to insist afterwards that the woman, after treating me very rudely, checked very quickly, without letting me finish speaking, hit the phone in my face.
Dr. Fabio is a great professional recommending but should select his employees better, there are many human and trained people out there who would like to work.
