★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui chegar a fazer o atendimento mas deixo aqui minha revolta pelo péssimo atendimento da secretária que me tratou com total desdém. Liguei no dia anterior a consulta o dia inteiro (tenho o registro de todas as ligações) e o telefone sempre ocupado. Deixei recado que gostaria de confirmar a minha consulta (aliás particular que é um investimento alto) e não obtive nenhum retorno. Agora pela manhã voltei a ligar e a secretária me tratou com total descaso dizendo que " é assim mesmo" e que havia retornado pela manhã a minha ligação e meu celular estava fora de área. Daí eu disse, "ok, gostaria de confirmar o horário da minha consulta" e ela perguntou o nome do paciente e disse "Foi hoje de manhã. Você perdeu a consulta" e desligou com um "obrigada". Um absurdo! Uma falta de respeito.
I could not get to do the service but I leave here my anger for the poor service of the secretary who treated me with total disdain. I called the day before the appointment all day (I have a record of all calls) and the phone always busy. I left a message that I would like to confirm my consultation (in particular that it is a high investment) and got no return. Now in the morning I called again and the secretary treated me with total disregard saying "that's the way" and that I had returned my call in the morning and my cell phone was out of range. Then I said, "OK, I'd like to confirm my appointment time" and she asked the patient's name and said "It was this morning. You missed the appointment" and hung up with a "thank you". Nonsense! A lack of respect.
