â â â â â NĂŁo consegui ser atendida pq desisti de esperar , falta total de respeito com o horĂĄrio e ainda assim a atende foi ignorante quando eu quis cancelar a consulta consultĂłrio pequeno com mais de 10 pessoas na sala amontoadas mesmo na pandemia achei pĂ©ssimo

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo local, vocĂȘ marca a consulta, liga de manhĂŁ pra confirmar o horĂĄrio que deve chegar, e ainda assim espera horas pra ser atendida! Cheguei Ă s 10:30h e sĂŁo 13:36h e eu ainda estou esperando! As 11h os pacientes marcados para as 9h estavam entrando, um absurdo! Tirando toda essa pĂ©ssima organização, o mĂ©dico Ă© excelente, muito bom no atendimento em si, vim aqui editar o comentĂĄrio pra dizer isso e ser justa. Sai da sala dele 15h!
Bad location, you make an appointment, call in the morning to confirm the time you should arrive, and still wait hours to be answered! I arrived at 10: 30h and it's 13: 36h and I'm still waiting! At 11 am the patients scheduled for 9 am were coming in, absurd! Apart from all this terrible organization, the doctor is excellent, very good at the service itself, I came here to edit the comment to say that and be fair. Get out of his room at 3pm!

â â â â â Dr Francesco Ă© um excelente profissional, o fato de ficarmos aguardando muito tempo Ă© que ele Ă© um mĂ©dico que te se preocupa com seus pacientes e se tiver que ficar com vc uma hora te consultando para saber de fato o que vc tem, ele fica, nĂŁo Ă© aquele profissional que te atende em 5 minutos e nem sequer olha para sua cara. Me trato com ele a mais de 12 anos e nĂŁo esquento de ficar aguardando horas por ele, pois sei que quando chegar a minha vez, vai ter um profissional de qualidade e humano que vai se preocupar com as minhas dores e tratar de mim para que as dores vĂŁo embora. Tenho Artrite reumatĂłide e agradeço todo dia a Deus, por ter encontrado um mĂ©dico como Dr Francesco, que fez com que a doença se estabilizasse e nĂŁo fiquei com nenhuma sequela. Para as pessoas que reclamam da espera, vale apena, pois Doutor como Dr Francesco sĂŁo raros.
Dr Francesco is an excellent professional, the fact that we have been waiting a long time is that he is a doctor who cares about your patients and if you have to stay with you for an hour to consult you to really know what you have, he stays, it is not that professional who attends you in 5 minutes and does not even look at your face. I have dealt with him for over 12 years and I do not forget to wait hours for him, because I know that when my turn comes, there will be a quality and human professional who will be concerned with my pains and take care of me so that the pains go away. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I thank God every day, for having met a doctor like Dr Francesco, who made the disease stabilize and I didn't have any sequelae. For people who complain about waiting, it is worth it, because Doctor like Dr Francesco are rare.
