★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente TERRÍVEL. Após 2 meses e meio de muita dor de cabeça, gastos extremamente altos e mentiras, foi trocado praticamente todo sistema de ar condicionado e não foi solucionado o problema. Deveria mudar o nome do estabelecimento para Dr Mentiras rsrs

Problema sobre problema, nunca tem uma conclusão.
Ainda mexe em coisas sem autorização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo paguei caro nao resolveu e por muito. Pouco nao pedir o compressou do carro. So fez enrrola fui la 3 vezes e odono nao resolveu nada sai no prejuizo.nao recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência, carro demorou 3 dias saiu com problemas, levei de volta passou mais 2 e ainda ta com problemas, dinheiro jogado fora, não recomendo a ninguém, é como ja disseram aqui se so tiver ele na cidade va pra outra cidade. Lamentável.

Contratei equipe para remover um split de um endereço e instalar em outro. Durante desinstalação, técnico se mostrou incapacitado, deixando boa parte do gás vazar, pois girou uma válvula errada. Deixei equipamento para limpeza e o mesmo foi entregue no novo endereço todo arranhado, denunciando o péssimo manuseio durante procedimento.
Expensive and poor quality service.
I hired a team to remove a split from one address and install it at another. During uninstallation, the technician showed to be incapacitated, allowing a good part of the gas to leak, as he turned the wrong valve. I left cleaning equipment and it was delivered to the new address all scratched, denouncing the bad handling during the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu FOX/2006 para verificar o ar condicionado que não gelava. Atendido por um simpático senhor apelidado por Dr Frio. Pois bem: Após não mais que 10 minutos de teste este constatou que havia um mau contato que impedia o funcionamento do ar. Seu auxiliar trocou o filtro de cabine do ar "dando um jato de anti-ácaro" na nova peça. Agradeci a Deus que o problema foi pequeno. Contudo para minha surpresa recebí a conta R$ 250,00 "acreditemmmmm".
Assim descriminado:
R$ 40,00 SERVIÇO ELÉTRICO
R$ 95,00 FILTRO ANTIPOILO
R$ 80,00 HIGIENIZAÇÃO
R$ 30,00 MÃO DE OBRA
Pelo serviço de elétrico R$ 40,00, tudo bem, o camarada gastou para adquirir seu aprendizado, se resolveu o problema em 6 minutos ótimo.
1.Qualquer auto peça este filtro não passa de R$ 30,00.
2. A simples troca deste me custou $ 30,00.
3. A pulverizada do splay no filtro R$ 80,00.
Fui literalmente assaltadoooooooooo. Nunca na minha existência levarei ou indicarei este camarada a um amigo... até inimigo, pois nem estes merecem tamanho desrespeito.
Questionei o absurdo valor e ganhei o mero desconto de R$ 50,00.
Só me restou protestar na rede para que outros não caiam nesta furada.
Amigo se Dr frio for sua última opção. Levem o carro a outra cidade.
I took my FOX / 2006 to check the air conditioner that didn't freeze. Serviced by a friendly gentleman nicknamed Dr Cold. Well: After no more than 10 minutes of testing this found that there was a bad contact that prevented the air functioning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei a vista no kit de ar-condicionado pra meu caminhão, o Sr. Inácio que todos chamam de Dr. Frio prometeu fazer a inscrição do ar em dois dias, passou uma semana e o ar-condicionado não funcionou. Voltei lá várias vezes, toda vez era uma desculpa que ele dava. Com poucos dias o compressor do ar-condicionado travou, voltei lá novamente pra ele trocar a peça em garantia. Ele retirou o compressor e não devolveu. Tentei diversas vezes negociar com ele a devolução do meu dinheiro é não tive sucesso. Fui obrigado a entrar na justiça. Não recomendo esse estabelecimento.
I paid for the air conditioning kit for my truck, Mr. Inácio who everyone calls Dr. Frio promised to register the air in two days, a week passed and the air conditioning didn't work. I went back there several times, every time it was an excuse he gave. With a few days the air conditioning compressor stopped, I went back there again for him to change the part under warranty. He removed the compressor and did not return it. I tried several times to negotiate with him to return my money and I was unsuccessful. I was forced to go to court. I do not recommend this establishment.
