E no dia seguinte a surpresa de uma cobrança de 5 mil reais se eu quisesse realizar o procedimento, isso mesmo com o plano autorizando.
Me senti lesada e desanimada pois fiquei tão feliz e simplesmente no dia seguinte me informaram isso e depois simplesmente pararam de responder.

I felt hurt and discouraged because I was so happy and just the next day they informed me about it and then they just stopped responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente só pra quem TEM DINHEIRO SOBRANDO. Pois voce cria a expectativa se realizar um procedimento que é coberto pelo plano, mas o médico quer lhe cobrar por fora.
A atendente passa essa cobrança por telefone, e simplesmente para de responder no WhatsApp e para não se comprometer não passam isso em consulta e nem por mensagem.
FRUSTRANTE E ALTÍSSIMA FALTA DE ÉTICA E EMPATIA COM SEUS PACIENTES.
