O atendimento é por ordem de chegada e a fila é grande, geralmente, por isso é bom mesmo chegar cedo (umas oito e pouco, se for pela manhã), ou corre o risco de não ter mais vagas. Mas vale bastante a pena. Todas as vezes que fui, o problema foi resolvido. Recomendo.
The service is competitive, due to competence, I believe. Service is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is usually a good idea to arrive early (around eight in the morning), or you run the risk of running out of seats. But it is well worth it. Every time I went, the problem was solved. I recommend.
