★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutor demonstra muito conhecimento. Durante a primeira consulta perguntei se meu convênio cobria a cirurgia dele. O mesmo disse que sim,afirmando "Seu convenio atende todo o procedimento". Depois de ir ate o consultório 3 vezes falar sobre o processo da cirurgia, exames, enfim, o doutor me liga dizendo para eu ir Novamente no consultório pela 4 vez para ele explicar algumas despesas da cirurgia. Poxa porque não disse logo na primeira consulta? Simples assim, "Cobro valor X" a parte. Dai opção minha fazer com ele ou não. Moro longe, então taxi fica caro e ainda sair com dois filhos pequenos não é fácil. Mandei email pedindo a gentileza de me informar o valor e nada. Liguei para a secretaria dele (Rose) varias vezes e só me deixavam no vácuo. Ela me informava que entrariam em contato comigo e nada. Se eu soubesse que era enrolado assim, não teria perdido meu tempo com as consultas, exames, e ainda esperando igual uma idiota o retorno dele( 1 mês esperando), pois todos os horários que eu ligava, ele nao podia falar, então ela me falava para aguardar o doutor ligar. Quem tem filhos pequenos sabe como é difícil resolver essas questões. Fica aqui minha indignação pela falta de compromisso.
Doctor shows a lot of knowledge. During the first consultation I asked if my agreement covered his surgery. The same said yes, stating "Your agreement meets the whole procedure". After going to the office 3 times to talk about the procedure of the surgery, examinations, finally, the doctor calls me telling me to go again in the office for the 4 time for him to explain some surgery expenses. Why did not you say so at the first appointment? Simple like this, "X-value collection" part. Whatever I do with it or not. I live far, so taxi is expensive and still going out with two small children is not easy. I emailed you kindly to let me know the value and nothing. I called his office (Rose) several times and they just left me in a vacuum. She informed me that they would contact me and nothing. If I had known that I was curled up like this, I would not have wasted my time with the consultations, examinations, and still waiting for an idiot for his return (1 month waiting), because all the times I called, he could not speak, so she I was just waiting to hear the doctor call. Those who have small children know how difficult it is to resolve these issues. Here is my indignation at the lack of commitment.
