After having tried prenatal care with about 5 doctors in town, I finally found a place and an excellent Dr for prenatal care. At this level of quality, only private service in SĂŁo Paulo.
The clinic is well located, pleasant, excellent service. The Dr makes an exceptional consultation. Congratulations !

â â â â â Frequento a clĂnica sempre, Dr.Marcos Ă© um excelente ginecologista, Dr. Ana eu amo de paixĂŁo, um doce de pessoa, mas o tempo de espera Ă© SURREAL, o que torna o serviço da secretaria ruim, jĂĄ cheguei ficar mais de 3h esperando para ser atendida (na consulta ginecolĂłgica), inclusive uma vez ligaram confirmando a consulta e pediram pra eu chegar com 15 minutos de antecedĂȘncia, respondi que aquele dia eu nĂŁo conseguiria, tinha me programado pra chegar exatamente no horĂĄrio e desmarcaram minha consulta.
I go to the clinic all the time, Dr. Marcos is an excellent gynecologist, Dr. Ana I love with passion, a sweet person, but the waiting time is SURREAL, which makes the service of the secretary bad, I've been waiting more than 3 hours to be attended (at the gynecological appointment), they even called once confirming the appointment and asked me to arrive 15 minutes in advance, I replied that I would not be able to do it that day, I had scheduled myself to arrive exactly on time and they canceled my appointment.

Descaso total com as pacientes tanto do médico quanto das recepcionistas.
Muito atraso no atendimento e o Dr. Marcos nem olhou no meu rosto durante a consulta.
(A primeira vez que fui no consultĂłrio tive que ir embora sem ser atendida).
Terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Total disregard for patients by both the doctor and the receptionists.
Long delay in care and Dr. Marcos didn't even look at my face during the consultation.
(The first time I went to the office I had to leave without being seen).

â â â â â O mĂ©dico Ă© muito bom, mas realmente a espera pra ser atendida Ă© desrespeitoso...atĂ© o atendimento telefĂŽnico da clinica Ă© difĂcil...a recepcionista teve a pachorra de brigar comigo porque me deixou esperando com o telefone fora do gancho uns 10 minutos e ainda disse que estava sozinha sem contar as vezes que ligo, atende e desliga na cara da gente.
Gosto do médico mas sinceramente não sei se vale o estresse.
The doctor is very good, but the wait to be seen is really disrespectful... even the phone service at the clinic is difficult... the receptionist had the patience to fight me because she left me waiting with the phone off the hook for about 10 minutes and even said that I was alone without counting the times I call, answer and hang up in front of us.
I like the doctor but honestly I don't know if it's worth the stress.

Esperei de fevereiro atĂ© maio para ser atendida no dia da consulta cancelaram e nĂŁo remarcaram e quando liguei solicitando remarque sĂł para setembro. Pior que particular eles teriam antes. Poderia logo dizer que nĂŁo atende o convĂȘnio.Quando liguei expus minha situação a atendente simplesmente disse nĂŁo tem o que fazer. Ou espera ou procura outro profissional. Somos seres humanos acho que pelo menos um acolhimento melhor com o prĂłximo. Eu precisei com urgĂȘncia e paguei a consulta mesmo tendo convĂȘnio. Mais quando chega a minha vez pelo convĂȘnio fazem descaso.
The doctor is an excellent professional. Some behavior of the team made me change. I waited from February to May to be answered on the day of the appointment they canceled and didn't reschedule and when I called asking to reschedule only for September. Worse than private they would have before. I could immediately say that it does not meet the agreement. When I called, I exposed my situation, the attendant simply said there is nothing to do. Either wait or look for another professional. We are human beings, I think at least a better reception with the next. I needed it urgently and I paid for the appointment even though I had a health insurance plan. But when it's my turn for the agreement, they neglect.
