★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 4 meses de dor intensa, sem conseguir fazer coisas simples que fazia antes, não conseguia ficar sentada e nem andando, só deitada a dor diminuía, pra poder trabalhar ou cuidar da minha filha pequena, precisava ir ao hospital tomar um coquetel na veia, já tomava via oral oxicontin e não funcionava, já estava em desespero, nenhum médico conseguia me ajudar, passei a fazer hidroterapia que ajudou mto no alívio intenso da dor, mas ainda estava impossibilitada de ter a vida normal... então fui procurar no Google quais seriam os melhores neurocirurgiões de SP, passei a ler sobre todos eles e gostei da avaliação do Dr. Matheus, decidi marcar uma consulta, sou de Santos/SP, tomei a medicação e fui pra SP, sentia mta dor. Desde que passei em consulta e o Dr. Matheus disse que meu caso tinha solução, que a operação era possível e simples, que votaria a ter a vida de antes, que todas as providências seriam tomadas por sua assistente Letícia e realmente ela fez tudo, marcou tudo, resolveu tudo com o plano, ela é um anjo e eu não precisei me preocupar com nada além da operação, eu fiquei aliviada... já podia andar no dia que operei, sai do hospital andando, fazia caminhadas curtas, hoje já faz um pouco mais de um mês que fiz a operação e é um alívio não sentir mais dor ou entrar em crise por qq movimento, posso voltar a trabalhar e cuidar das minhas pequenas... agradeço mto ao Dr. Matheus, vou sempre indicá-lo à todos, pq dar a chance de alguém deixar de sentir a dor na coluna causada por hérnias extrusas, no meu caso L4 e L5 é o mesmo que milagre... como estava indo a um centro espírita, acho que me foi colocado o melhor médico para me curar... só tenho a agradecer, pq chegou um momento que achei que passaria a vida com essa dor debilitante... obrigada ao Dr. Matheus e toda sua equipe ??????????
 I spent 4 months of intense pain, unable to do simple things I used to do before, I couldn't sit and walk, just lying down, the pain diminished, in order to work or take care of my little daughter, I needed to go to the hospital to have a cocktail in my vein, I was already taking oral oxycontin and it didn't work, I was already in despair, no doctor was able to help me, I started hydrotherapy that helped a lot in the intense pain relief, but I was still unable to have a normal life ... so I went to Google which would be the best neurosurgeons in SP, I started to read about all of them and I liked Dr. Matheus' evaluation, I decided to make an appointment, I'm from Santos / SP, I took the medication and went to SP, I felt a lot of pain. Since I was in consultation and Dr. Matheus said that my case had a solution, that the operation was possible and simple, that I would vote to have the life of before, that all measures would be taken by his assistant Letícia and really she did everything, marked everything, solved everything with the plan, she is an angel and I didn't have to worry about anything other than the operation, I was relieved ... I could walk on the day I operated, I left the hospital walking, I took short walks, today it's been a little over a month since I had the operation and it is a relief not to feel any more pain or go into crisis due to any movement, I can go back to work and take care of my little ones ... I really thank Dr. Matheus, I will always recommend it to everyone, because it gives the chance for someone to stop feeling the pain in the spine caused by extruded hernias, in my case L4 and L5 is the same as a miracle ... as I was going to a spiritist center, I think I was put best doctor to cure me ... I just have to thank you, because u arrived a moment I thought I would spend my life with this debilitating pain ... thanks to Dr. Matheus and his entire team ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por volta de 1 ano e três meses atrás comecei a sentir dores no ombro esquerdo, era uma dor bem aguda, incomodava bastante, fui ao ortopedista especialista em ombro ele passou medicação e fisioterapia, fiz 20 sessões e as dores persistiram , porém com formigamento no braço, fiquei bem pior . Retornei ao médico e ele pediu uma ressonância magnética da coluna cervical e me aconselhou a procurar um especialista em cervical ja de posse do resultado do exame pois essas dores quando acompanhada de formigamento não é ombro mas sim cervical. Passei em alguns especialistas que falaram em cirurgia mas não me senti segura , até que um amigo/irmão me indicou o Dr Matheus, fui na consulta e de la mesmo fui para a BP para internar e fazer uma foraminotomia endoscopica posterior de c6 e c7 , acho q ė esse o nome?, foi uma maravilha após fisioterapia e todo o cuidado pós o procedimento estou ótima, hoje faz exatamente 1 ano e estou me sentindo muito bem ??, o doutor Matheus é um excelente profissional, atencioso e com paciência explica tudo nos deixando segura de que td vai dar certo, hj estou feliz, quando lembro das dores que sentia ?? nossa que alivio, obrigada Doutor Matheus Deus abençoe sua profissão e que leve o alivio de dores à todos que te procurarem.
About 1 year and three months ago I started to feel pain in my left shoulder, it was a very acute pain, it bothered me a lot, I went to the orthopedic specialist in the shoulder, he went on medication and physiotherapy, I did 20 sessions and the pains persisted, but with tingling in the arm, I got a lot worse. I went back to the doctor and he asked for a magnetic resonance imaging of the cervical spine and advised me to seek a cervical specialist already in possession of the test result because these pains when accompanied by tingling is not shoulder but cervical. I went to some specialists who talked about surgery but I didn't feel safe, until a friend / brother referred me to Dr Matheus, I went to the consultation and from there I went to BP to intern and do a posterior endoscopic foraminotomy of c6 and c7 I think ė that's the name?, it was wonderful after physiotherapy and all the care after the procedure is great, today it's exactly 1 year and I'm feeling very well muito, Dr. Matheus is an excellent professional, attentive and patiently explains everything making us sure that everything is going to be all right, today I’m happy, when I remember the pains I felt for our relief, thank you Doctor Matheus God bless your profession and bring pain relief to everyone who comes to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após passar por vários médicos da Amil ao qual tenho convênio, com problemas na coluna lombar, não tive sorte com nenhum desses médicos que nunca tiveram à Boa vontade, em me examinar direito. Isso por aproximadamente 2 anos.
Em junho de 2019, Resolvi procurar um médico particular, vendo alguns vídeos no YouTube, vi o Dr Matheus Lopes falando sobre à micro cirurgia de coluna lombar.
Marquei uma consulta com Dr Matheus, que logo de cara pude ver como ele me examinou corretamente, pedindo logo exames que outros médicos nunca haviam solicitado.
Voltando à sua clínica com os exames pude ver que ele sabia o que deveria ser feito, e senti firmeza nas Suas avaliações.
Marcou à micro cirurgia de coluna, descompressão dos nervos, feita no final de maio de 2019, à cirurgia foi um sucesso , tive alta no dia seguinte e sai andando sem dor nenhuma.
Alguns meses mais para frente fiz outro procedimento de denervação na lombar que foi mais simples , durou 2 horas e sai do hospital Samaritano Paulista no mesmo dia, e andando ficou um pouco dolorido por uns dias , mais passou.
Hoje faço pilates para fortalecer o abdômen e à coluna, estou me sentindo cada vez melhor estou com quase 60 anos, e até estou andando de bike que eu tanto gostava, e o melhor voltei também à trabalhar, claro com moderação RS, me recuperei em 80% e o melhor sem nenhum pino na coluna.
Vários médicos queriam colocar pinos na minha coluna, e o Dr Matheus Lopes em nenhum momento pensou em tal hipótese.

After going through several Amil doctors to whom I have an agreement, with problems with my lumbar spine, I was not lucky with any of these doctors who never had the goodwill to examine me properly. That for about 2 years.
In June 2019, I decided to look for a private doctor, watching some videos on YouTube, I saw Dr Matheus Lopes talking about micro lumbar spine surgery.
I made an appointment with Dr Matheus, who right away I could see how he examined me correctly, immediately asking for tests that other doctors had never requested.
Returning to his clinic with the exams, I could see that he knew what should be done, and I felt firm in His evaluations.
He marked the micro spine surgery, nerve decompression, done in late May 2019, the surgery was a success, I was discharged the next day and walked away without any pain.
A few months later I did another denervation procedure in the lower back that was simpler, lasted 2 hours and leaves the Samaritano Paulista hospital on the same day, and walking was a little sore for a few days, but it passed.
Today I do pilates to strengthen my abdomen and spine, I'm feeling better and better, I'm almost 60 years old, and I'm even riding a bike that I liked so much, and the best I also went back to work, of course in moderation RS, I recovered in 80% and the best without any pins on the column.
Several doctors wanted to put pins on my spine, and Dr Matheus Lopes never thought of such a hypothesis.
I leave here my thanks to this great human being and excellent neuro surgeon
is a Doctor who knows how to listen and treat the patient with Love and Respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofri durante cerca de 6 meses de uma hérnia de disco (L4-L5) e que não respondeu aos tratamentos convencionais, mesmo com fisio e acupuntura o problema e as dores só pioravam. Iniciei o tratamento com o Dr. Matheus e ele optou por recomendar a cirurgia minimamente invasiva, que fiz há 12 dias e estou MUITO melhor, sem dores e já pronto para começar a fisio pós cirurgia. Essa técnica do dr. Matheus foi excelente para mim, além disse ele é muito ponderado e focado no paciente. Recomendo! Excelente médico!
I suffered for about 6 months from a herniated disc (L4-L5) and that did not respond to conventional treatments, even with physio and acupuncture the problem and the pain only got worse. I started the treatment with Dr. Matheus and he chose to recommend the minimally invasive surgery, which I did 12 days ago and I am MUCH better, without pain and already ready to start physio after surgery. This technique by dr. Matheus was excellent for me, besides he is very thoughtful and patient-focused. I recommend! Excellent doctor!

Tinha muita dor e travava muito, não tinha qualidade de vida. Após a cirurgia não travei mais, ainda sinto dor mas suportável e quando fica um pouco mais forte tomo analgésicos, faço alongamento e uso bolsa de água quente. Essas sequelas não é por conta da cirurgia é que minha coluna é mais idosa que eu 10 anos é muito complicada. Mas a agradeço a Deus pela vida dr. Matheus e sua equipe. Que Deus dê
