★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente me mandou tomar no cu quando liguei para marcar um retorno.. desde o início da primeira consulta ela foi grossa, quando estive lá ela tirava o telefone fora do gancho, deixava os pacientes esperarem mais de 20 minutos de pé para fazerem a ficha porque estava na sala ao lado do consultório conversando com uma parente dela e junto a filha.. e o telefone ficava tocando ela manda a a filha dela tirar o telefone do gancho, quando liguei para marcar o retorno ela desligou na minha cara sem nem ser simpática e confirmar o horário da consulta comigo, liguei novamente e perguntei se ela havia desligado na minha cara e aí ela disse que sim, e por fim me mandou tomar no cu e toda vez que ligava ela desligava o telefone na minha cara o nome dela é Tereza...não recomendo essa clínica e vou procurar os meus direitos, isso aconteceu hoje dia 20/03/2019
The attendant told me your ass when I called to mark a return .. since the first appointment she was blind, when I was there she took the phone off the hook, let patients wait more than 20 minutes of walking to do the plug because I was in the room next to the office talking to a relative and her daughter together .. and the phone was ringing she sends her daughter pa take up the phone when I called to mark the return she hung up on me without even being nice and confirm the time of me query, I called again and asked if she'd hung up in my face and then she said yes, and finally sent me your ass and every time care she hung up on me her name is Tereza ... not recommend this clinic and I will try my rights, that today took place on 03.20.2019
