★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pode até ser um bom médico, mas como pessoa é péssimo, empatia zero com os pacientes. Minha mãe é paciente dele, como não faz cirurgia em Campinas, simplesmente pediu para procurar outro médico que faça pelo plano dela sem ao menos uma indicação. Não conversa e não explica nada aos pacientes.
He may even be a good doctor, but as a person he is terrible, zero empathy with patients. My mother is a patient of his, as she does not undergo surgery in Campinas, she simply asked to look for another doctor to do it according to her plan without even an indication. It doesn't talk and doesn't explain anything to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2006, acometido por dores na coluna cervical procurei um profissional que diagnosticasse a enfermidade, o que foi feito de maneira acertada pelo Dr. Nevair, inclusive emitindo opiniões que me permitiram decidir quanto à realização de cirurgia ou tratamentos paliativos inibitórios à evolução da doença.
Bem, procedimento normal esperado de especialistas na matéria. Ocorre que na época eu morava em Campinas e gerenciava uma unidade bancária, onde um imprevisto e o trânsito do final do dia atrasou minha chegada ao consultório por quase uma hora.
Como meu horário era o último liguei e avisei, já contando com eventual remarcação. A secretária disse que o Dr. aguardaria.
Cheguei bastante desconcertado e ele estava, de fato e exclusivamente, me aguardando. Procedeu à consulta, respondeu às minhas indagações, demonstrou o problema nos moldes de coluna, tudo pacientemente.
Fiquei perplexo, pois foi algo incomum, se considerarmos o horário avançado em razão do meu atraso.
O objetivo do relato não é polemizar, pois respeito a opinião de quem porventura tenha percepção diferente, mas apenas para causar reflexão quanto à possibilidade de que atendimento diferente do relatado possa ser situação isolada ou de sentimento unilateral.
Por fim, desejo sucesso ao profissional, às pessoas que buscam cura para suas enfermidades, e para ambas as partes nas relações interpessoais ou comerciais.
In 2006, affected by pain in the cervical spine, I looked for a professional to diagnose the disease, which Dr. Nevair did correctly, including issuing opinions that allowed me to decide whether to perform surgery or palliative treatments that inhibited the evolution of the disease.
Well, normal procedure expected from experts in the field. It so happens that at the time I lived in Campinas and managed a banking unit, where an unforeseen event and late-day traffic delayed my arrival at the office by almost an hour.
As my time was the last I called and warned, already counting on a possible rescheduling. The secretary said the doctor would wait.
I arrived quite disconcerted and he was, in fact and exclusively, waiting for me. He proceeded with the consultation, answered my questions, demonstrated the problem in the spine molds, all patiently.
I was perplexed, as it was unusual, considering the time advanced due to my delay.
The purpose of the report is not to polemic, as I respect the opinion of those who may have a different perception, but only to cause reflection on the possibility that care different from what was reported could be an isolated situation or one-sided feeling.
Finally, I wish success to the professional, to people seeking a cure for their illnesses, and to both parties in interpersonal or commercial relationships.
