★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dentista é muito competente e eficaz, porém o atendimento na recepção foi péssimo. No primeiro procedimento, aceitaram parcelar o pagamento e no segundo serviço, já não havia mais possibilidade. Quando expus que isso iria me prejudicar, pois aceitei fazer o procedimento acreditando que poderia pagar da mesma maneira, a atendente simplesmente ignorou e não fez qualquer tentativa de justificar a mudança ou tentar me ajudar. Nada adianta prestar um bom serviço e ter um pós venda desrespeitoso.
The dentist is very competent and effective, but the service at the reception was terrible. In the first procedure, they agreed to pay in installments and in the second service, there was no more possibility. When I explained that this would harm me, as I accepted to do the procedure believing that I could pay the same way, the attendant simply ignored it and made no attempt to justify the change or try to help me. There is no point in providing a good service and having a disrespectful after-sales.
