E não devolveu o dinheiro de uma injeções que cobrou adiantado. Desde dezembro estou tentando receber o dinheiro e esse tal Júlio não devolve. Aí lhe pergunto : terei que ir até a delegacia para reaver meu dinheiro de volta?
This veterinarian Julio deceived my family, my elderly parents and without knowledge. He did a procedure on my cat and soon after he died. And he did not return the money for an injections he charged in advance. Since December I have been trying to receive the money and this Julius does not return it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, se bem quê, em Crateus é difícil achar um petshop que tenha o mínimo de empatia pelos bichos. Quando começam a lhe atender é uma maravilha (enquanto você tá gastando né) depois nem lembram que você existe, uma demora imensa pra lhe atender e lhe dá o mínimo de atenção, deveriam ter mais ética e respeito, ter palavra com o cliente e seu pet, que é um ser vivo, mas o veterinário parece que é sobrecarregado, só tem ele e depois que atende não dá mais a mínima pro seu bicho, nem perguntas simples não responde. Acho que é porque quer que pague outra consulta, só pode. Então, não índico, procurem outro lugar, deve ter um menos ruim em Crateus.
I don't recommend it to anyone, although in Crateus it's hard to find a pet shop that has the least amount of empathy for animals. When they start to serve you, it's wonderful (while you're spending, right) then they don't even remember that you exist, it takes a long time to serve you and gives you the least attention, they should have more ethics and respect, have a word with the customer and their pet, which is a living being, but the vet seems to be overloaded, he only has him and after he attends, he doesn't give a damn about his animal anymore, he doesn't even answer simple questions. I think it's because he wants me to pay for another appointment, he just can. So, no Indica, look elsewhere, there must be a less bad in Crateus.
