â â â â â Falta de respeito com o paciente. Vou fazer uma cirurgia, preciso passar por vĂĄrios especialistas exames. Moro em TrĂȘs Pontas e meu plano precisa retirar as guias em TrĂȘs CoraçÔes. Marquei todas as consultas e exames com quase 2 meses de antecedĂȘncia para que eu pudesse organizar para que o custo financeiro nĂŁo ficasse tĂŁo grande. No dia da consulta c o Dr Robertson a secretĂĄria me ligou desmarcando e ñ informou nova data. Eu retornei alguns dia depois e me informaram q tinham encerrado o contrato com meu convĂȘnio. Sendo que a consulta com o cardiologista estĂĄ marcada para daqui 4 dias. Ou seja, vou ter que gastar mais de 100,00 p ir atĂ© TrĂȘs CoraçÔes retirar nova guia e ir Ă outro pneumo. Remarcar com o cardiologista sabe-se lĂĄ para qual data. Atrasar todo meu procedimento por causa da falta de respeito de um especialista. Medicina virou comĂ©rcio. Deprimente.
