A senhora que me atendeu foi completamente grosseira, me deixando completamente constrangida ao tentar agendar uma consulta com o Dr. Robinson. Curioso, já que estamos falando de um consultório de psiquiatria. Atendimento humanizado e cuidadoso com pacientes fragilizados é mais do que necessário. Falta de respeito!
I am assessing the attendance of the secretary and not the doctor in question. The lady who answered me was completely rude, making me completely embarrassed as I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Robinson. Curious, since we're talking about a psychiatry office.
